Basically Lexus have more than likely called it that so it reminds you that by servicing it with your dealer that you actually get the warranty. And by doing so activates it. Clever tactic so you don't skip.

Sorry to hear about your Lexus being stolen. Unless you have a tracker installed then there is no way of tracing it apart from the police tracking it through ANPR. Thieves would sometimes leave the car parked somewhere to check there is no tracker installed and come back after a few days. However, not a lot of people add trackers unless they have a very expensive car that are quite commonly stolen. Only thing you can do is hope the police have found it. Good luck Julia
