    Hi All I need some help here regarding the reinstall of the OEM Stereo I have it installed with the wiring correct (I think) but it doesnt seem to want to turn on The CD mechanism does make a noise when the connectors are initially plugged in and the illumination comes on when the lights are turned on Am I missing something here? Have checked the fuses and all ok. Could it be the ACC cable? Cheers John

    The radiator is getting hot at the top and bottom so my dad seems to think the fluid must be flowing and not blocked and the thermostat must be open. When I switch the AC on the fans turn on and the engine temperature returns to normal. Is their anything else electrical it could be? Thanks. Im actually having the exact same problem. Thinking it could be a relay? Anyone happen to have a fix for this or even figure out whats going on?

    Need a bit of expertise here. There is a creaking noise coming from the drivers side front suspension. It only happens when I am going slowly over uneven roads and is intermittant Now my local mechanic replaced the front bushes but it had no effect. Shock seems to be ok so I don't think thats to blame. The noise clears above say 40 mph Any ideas what it could be?

    Funnily enough i have installed a scangauge 2 recently but i only started to see the flashing ABS light after I did a ECU reset yesterday while leaving the scangauge 2 plugged in! Ill see how it goes without the scangauge 2 for a while and post the results here

    Hi all This has just started to happen to me. Just had a service yesterday. Exactly the same symptons. ABS light flashes when stopped. Clears when moving. Any ideas?

    Have a quick question about my 99 IS200 After about driving for 15 minutes or so after a cold start a waft of gone off milk smell flows through the cabin then goes away until the next start. Any ideas what it could be? New plugs in about 4 months ago with a k&n oem replacement filter installed a month ago Not a big deal but could it be leading to something a bit more serious?

    Do any irish folk here know where I could get the tracking done in Ireland! Maybe some place that would use the geo settings that WIM put in the knowledge base :winky:

    Thanks for the advice all ill have a go with a wire brush and put some rust paint on it. The rust seems to be smooth so should be ok Cheers

    Thanks mudzs for the info and the welcome I am a bit worried if the rust has compromised the strength of the subframe Any way to tell if it is surface rust or not?

    Howdie Newbie here (well have had my 99 IS200 S for about a year now) Looking for some help It seems that the subframe that is holding the drivers seat to the interior is a bit rusted on the left side Has anyone experience this before and any suggestions on how to remedy it (wire brush and repaint maybe) Thanks Irishboy
