I love the Lex the reason for selling is that i need to fuel my lust for Subarus. I have had the Lex for about 12 months and have taken very very good care of her, she is pampered weekly with Meguiars finest and is in top Fettle(please read link about Bolton meet). Another thing for potential buyers i will arrange for my m8 who works for lexus to sort out the services for a good price( £100's cheaper than going through dealer) As expected there are a few chips and little dents but hey its a car and what can we do?? I am looking for £8k for the lot or £7.5k without wheels If you want to view or ask any questions please PM me Thanks guys Dave aka Bulldog

  7. Well guys my Lexus days may be coming to an end My m8 has a tasty looking Black WRX Sti 52 plate and will swap me for the Lex hes loaded and has taken it as a part ex on a Rover Rally car hes built. 10. Looking Good Pip Still on carb depletion??? I am :( Had a week off though with my Son arriving :) first day back today LOL Happy Days As a lot of people have said Jamie m8 to do it right is a lifestyle change and you have been making small adjustments to your diet, For me fizzy drinks(diet stuff is Ok and at least 2-3 ltrs of water a day) To achieve your goals you have to want it. ROME wasnt built in a day and it takes time to build good quality muscle tissue and it really becomes a case of you are what you eat :) Just to give you a quick example of my diet (i am cutting weight) Yours would differ as you would be taking in Extra Calories as i am taking in less. Brekky :- 40 g protein 40g porridge oats Mid Morn:- Meal Rplacement and Banana Dinner:- 140g Chicken 50g carbs(pasta or brown rice) green veg or salad Tea:- 140g Chicken 50g carbs(pasta or brown rice) green veg or salad Evening:- 140g Chicken green veg or salad Supper :- 40 g protein 40g porridge oats Along with Vitamin supplements and with this i still drink tea/coffee diet coke etc. But make sure i drink at least 2 ltrs a day of water. I have 2-3 cheat meals a week where i eat whatever i want :D Its mentally tough as Pip will agree but the results are worth it :D My Training Routine is staright forward like Pips Day 1 Cardio am PM Shoulders and Triceps Day 2 Cardio Day 3 Cardio AM Back and Hamstrings Day 4 Cardio Day 5 AM Cardio PM Chest and biceps Day 6 AM Cardio Day 7 AM Cardio PM Legs and calves Keep it simple i use decent weights but use strict form and technique controlling the weight for the full range of movement.
  11. LOL i will find the time :D

  14. Ladies and Gents For those that knew my wife was expecting :) She gave to my Son Evan on Tuesday at 0214 weighing in at 6lb 6oz (6 weeks early) he was due on the 22nd of June. 16. What you wanna know m8??? Pm me or give me a bell and i will help you , its very easy when you know how :D all just simple maths :D To lose weight take on board less than u need , to gain do the opposite. I will gladly have a chat wth you pal You will generally make alot of good gains in the first few months then everything settles down and the long hard slog begins this is were the determination really comes in. From meeting you i dont think your going to be a monster but we can pack some meat on them bones :D
  17. Hmmmm My bro got one when they first came out, they are OK but need regular oil top ups and the ***** drops out of them resale wise will prolly drop as quick as your clio . Oh and you will become very friedly with your petrol station owner :)

  19. LOL what time do you want me??? LOL
  20. Hehehe May have to sort something as payment for the CD's Cheers for the comments guys and no i dont have OCD :D
  21. Only just read this thread :) It depends on the condition of your paintwork really m8. If it looks in need of a polish then do it (stage 2) then use the Stage 3 wax or if you have it the Tech wax :D Both of which i have had very good results with. If you want to be a saddo and have a few hours to kill Clay Bar the car they are £12.99 from all good stockists (all of it windows lights the lot!!!!)To do this wash your car ( using tech wash or gold class shampoo rinse it then use a fine water spray all over your car and along with the supplied lube do the whole car pressing very lightly on the clay you will feel and hear the areas that need more attention just give them a few goes untill the clay remains clean). After you have done this apply the stage 1, then 2 then 3. Also make sure you use decent applicators and Microfibres are best to final buff. I use a terry towel to lightly take off the product then finish with a microfibre for an Uber shine :D This has worked well for me as the peeps that have seen my car will agree!!! Dont forget this aint a quick process and will take time and effort, as they say Rome wasnt built in day :D Any thing i can help you with PM me Good luck and enjoy Dave aka Bulldog
