  1. You'll have abrake light out for the handbrake light Maybe an abs sensor is broken?
  2. What do you mean lagging? If stuttering and going into limp mode the black box chip is failing. Contact p.lindbom fora replacement.
  3. Sorry I won't make it. The cars not ready :(
  4. Search for a member called p lindbom on here mate.
  5. The black box is failing. That causes you to hit fuel cut etc. Get a hks FCD, or the better option is a better made black box from patrik lindbom
  6. stupid question but have you put all the plugs back on?
  7. I'm going with another club. **********club. Lol at auto editing still - outla wjap club
  8. Well check it over and test drive it before you accept it back. Glad it's sorted though
  9. Well it's either that or snapped wiring of they've tried everything else I've suggested. They could have shorted something to break it.
  10. then its got to be the ECU thats at fault and thats certainly not cheap.
  11. There wasn't an is200 5 speed
  12. Did they check the immobiliser light and fuses?
  13. no problem, let me know if anything works.
  14. So is there no spark at all? on any Cylinder (in case one coil packs gone down), Theyve def put the timing back correctly? Is that the only issue, ie its turning over by the starter motor? Fuel pump priming up? have they checked the fuses? may seem obvious but worth a check. AM2 in the engine fuse box controls the ecu and starter so if its turning over then that would be fine. EFI relay in the engine fuse box controls the ECU so that could be blown ETCS in the engine bay as well IGN fuse in the passenger footwell fusebox controls the fuel pump and ecu so maybe that. Immobiliser light on the dash is going off when you put the key in? it hasnt forgotten the key or something like that?
  15. and thats what they want, in my opinion they should be providing you with a courtesy car till they have fixed it
  16. what a load of rubbish mate, if the cambelt was in a bad way then its just dry fluff it leaves behind. Also if the fluff had affected it you would have known before you took it in, as youve now seen the car cant run if that sensors knackered. Theyve broken it, its a sensor with no external moving parts. how have they diagnosed it as that?
  17. Err no they should be paying for it, whats the problem with the sensor?
  18. I'm not going to say your engine won't def blow up, that depends on so much, but if you set it up similar to the tte setup it should be safe.
  19. It's not going to look pretty, but your looking at a safe 200bhp IMHO.
  20. Maybe not Manifold £150 Welding - free if you do it? Turbo £100 for second hand Black box will do if staying below 0.3 bar - £70 Intercooler - £100 Pipework and hoses - £100 Filter - £50 Down pipe fabrication by exhaust shop - £150 to £200 That's if you search for parts, and fit it yourself.
  21. Don't have twins anymore. Currently running a single gt3071r turbo. Invested in a new intercooler and inlet this winter. Just finishing off tucking the final wires in the engine bay and smoothing it some more and itll be back on the road.
