  1. My drivers seat piping is split in a couple of areas where I get in and out,and there are even a couple of small pieces missing, anyone got any tips on how to repair or is it possible to remove it altogether without massive expense?
  2. Most items from factors "are" copies,TRD you will probably find is owned by TMC. Toyota would not allow any old company to use brand name ie "Toyota" Racing Development A lot of factor parts are ******* quality, you get what you pay for "most" of the time Yes some items are made for Toyota for their vehicles most commonly exhaust & friction parts (pads, clutches etc) But then again you dont really know which they are especially when there are lots of friction material manufaturers
  3. Anyone have any links to sites that have equipment that do this? Oh and cheers D.
  4. Just a query on whether the sat nav in my 52 sport would play dvd's,i know i should try but just have not had the time and whilst i was on here id ask the question If not can it be converted?
  5. Ill just stick to dip beam then :winky: No Jamie you just plug them in and away you go,doddle even if i do say so myself
  6. Anyone fitted the hid to the main beam as well? have fitted dip beam kit but i live in the country & use main beam quite a lot?
  7. I have a set of 6000k which are excellent once i set the levels right (work at a Toyota Centre :winky: ),colour is white with blue tinge, its best to get them checked on a beam tester.
  8. Just bought some of these off the HID in Manchester and I must say what fantastic service & a fantastic product,Nads there couldnt be more helpful, well recommended ;)
  9. Well I have to agree with 'The Transporter' on his valid points. I run a Service dept at a Toyota Centre & have served my time on shop floor as an apprentice right through to Aftersales manager. I get seriously ****** when ppl accuse my techs of damaging or causing faults which are later proved to be not related. I just hope the "self fitting" of the throttle body does'nt become the cause of the problems as a loose throttle cables would not cause cutting out. With regards to the wheel bearing issue, how do you test a wheel bearing properly on the floor with a jack, how can you load a bearing with it jacked up? You'll be blaming the weathermen because the weathers bad next!! Quote: People are clueless when it comes to something they know **** all about I do agree that there are some garages out there who are undesirable BUT dont tar everyone with the same brush,we pride ourselves on customer service.
  10. Thats a shame!! Will just have to wait then
  11. Where can i obtain the above stickers? Thanks in advance
  12. Mine does judder too,but like doog442's can be intermittent but is usually worse (if it does it) cold or in reverse
  13. Sorry didnt make myself very clear Will the darker lights fit mine or are they different like the HID ones? Is it possible to fit the HID lamps to a 52 plate sport?
