  1. yeah im after one of them spoilers!! looks the nuts!!!
  2. do you mean for sale or just a picture of one?
  3. bringing up an old thread here. woz. the part numbers you listed. will an english supplier be able to use these? just spoke to www.lexuspartsdirect.com and asked him about it. said i would forward on the part numbers so he could price it. also said to him about a group buy if i could get enough numbers.
  4. just done as kam said. rung www.lexuspartsdirect.com and ordered from them. with the gold discount it worked out as £23.38. think mine was a penny more. lol he knew exactly what i was talking about and didnt order the ones for my car he ordered for a later model. top guy!! said they will be here by next wednesday.
  5. heres smaller version of my car. i had to paint all the bits as i bought a yellow one. think that is the only colour you can get in that size model. also got a 1:64 scale model too.
  6. the icewhite bulbs? ive got them on mine. do look alot better!!
  7. love that interior. how much did he charge? car is looking the nuts!!!
  8. your a top man!! while ive got the screen off the roof im going to wire in some courtesy lights into the c pillars. do you reckon it will be too much to have the extra 2 lights on the circuit?
  9. just had a go trying to wire it up. got the light to work but somehow i have blown the fuse. its knocked out the central locking and also a few other things. where is the fuse that supply these so i can change it? what rating is it? help!! lol
  10. yeah i have a screen mounted there too. still need to wire this up to the interior light loom. gets very dark when you get into the car at night. anyone know what wires are what? i might take mine down to see what colour wires are in the new screen and ask you guys wht wires go to what.
  11. RECOVERY DRIVER :- Best get out of here quick before the owner realises im not the recovery company he actually phoned to collect it!!
  12. heres a picture of mine on coilovers. not sure how low i went from standard tho!!
  13. yeah i wasnt sure at first, wether it was worth the agro. but defintely worth it once its done. yeah i wasnt sure about the red rim line so i vinyled it on first. now ive masked and sprayed it on. ive been thinking about have a colour change with the wheels. i was thinking something lairy like orange or lime green with matching vinyls over the car. the badge is just sprayed gloss black. i must admit im not really a lover of chrome on the outside of the car. thats why i have blacked out the lights. just not really sure what to do to it next?
  14. i think the first mod everyone does is the sport grill isnt it? £35 from lexus. also with regards to the lights. ive coloured the insides of my front (fronts have been replaced with hid angel eye headlights now) and rear lights. the fronts you have to put in an oven and the rears you have to cut apart with a dremel. definitely worth the time doing that mod to the lights. also another little modification i done was to have the numberplate recess on the front bumper plastic welded and filled. it really smoothes the front end i think. it cost me about £40 in total. i had the plastic welding done and got the front bumper sprayed at work.
  15. id be intrested in joining a group buy for these!! just out of intrest woz, what is the length of the strut? if there isnt going to be a group buy i might try and source a set and get the brackets made at work. if it all works out well, i will have a load more made and sort you guys out!!
  16. well done. i knew you would get a bargain. and as aido said. get some pics up when its done.
  17. no worries. i knew you could get it sorted for cheaper than that first link.
  18. haha. yeah i done the same thing as a kid too!! when they dont glow red you think they havent worked!! so u have to touch it to find out!! big mistake!! lol
  19. this is more a bit of a warning to people, but i had my dash apart just now to replace some led's on the heater controls and i rested the stereo just in front of the gear lever. was working away on it for a bit and smelt a funny burning smell. it wasnt till i put my hand down to push the heated seats panel back in that i rested my hand slightly on the cigarette lighter. omg did it hurt. i guess the stereo had been pressing it in with its weight!! ive got one of them chrome cigarette lighters btw!! so in future i wont be resting the stereo there anymore. cos i dont fancy having the blister i have right now again!! lol
  20. to be honest a bodyshop woouldnt charge that much to spray it even if you didnt want to do that!
  21. ive had a look for a lexus size one but the cheapest i could find was these. they have gone up in price but still not as expensive as the one you posted. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LEXUS-IS200-IS300-TR...A1%7C240%3A1318 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LEXUS-IS200-IS300-TR...A1%7C240%3A1318 you can get them cheaper i know you can. i paid just over £20 for mine. they use the same material for all the different cars just cut to different lengths. do some homework and you could buy it for a different make that will fit exactly the same. there really bendy so theres no problems about the shape fitting!!
  22. what a rip off that first link that was posted. these go for around the £20 mark. well thats what i paid for mine. a tenner on paint and a couple of hours to spray it. please dont pay that amount for it if you decide to get one!!
  23. also theres a member on here that does personalised graphics to ur requirements ;)
  24. yeah ive tried to get mine cut but had no luck. will ring the main dealer and see what they say. as regards to the quality. i reckon they wont last too long. there pretty flimsy imo. not impressed at all. il still get it cut but will be waiting for it to break!!
