Hi guys, Im in need of a front panel, bonnet with hinges and near side front wing for an 2002 IS200. Please can someboday point me in the right direction. Im on a tight budget. I already have the front bumper TTE and front near lights. Thank guys!!!!

Hey mate. Thanks for the advice. When the accident actually happened it was he who disclosed his insurance details to me. He didnt disclose is address or phone number. Just his insurance companies address. I took a note of his Registration plate. I called almost immediately to notify my insurance that I had been in an accident and gave them his name and insurance details. They got the DVLA to search his address on their databases and tracked him down. It was my insurance company that made the first point of contact with him and his insurance company claiming liability!!!!

I estimate about 30mph. The front end of his car was totalled. My car didnt look too bad from the outside. The o/s rear lamp was smashed, the bumper cracked. The real damage was that there was a huge bulge in the boot floor. Needed a whole rear panel and boot floor replacement. The impact was so hard that the spare whell/tyre was trapped and unremovable.

I have a lawyer on the case already. She says it should be ok. But I'm just worried that this could go all horribly wrong. If I lose then I will lose my NCB and also risk huge financial loss. Im going back to the area to take pictures and hopefully get CCTV footage. Im just in a state of anger and shock that this scumbag would turn around and say this!!!

Hey Guys, I had a car accident back in April. I was stationary at the traffic lights on a one way ring road and some **** head rammed me up the rear causing about £3500 worth of damage. I suffered whip lash and had to take time off work. Immediately after the crash I took the guys insurance details and registration number (note he did not disclose his address or phone number) and moved on. He did not even ask for mine. There were no witnesses that came forward at the time. It was also my first ever accident after 8 years of driving. I didnt have the presence of mind to take pictures and stop passing drivers, of which were pretty disgruntled as we were causing tail backs in a pretty busy part of London. Anyway, I contacted my insurers almost immediately and made an appointment to see my doctor. My insurers advised me that it was clearly not my fault and so on. They recommended me a repairer and provided me with a hire car. The insurance company tracked him down with a DVLA search on his Reg Number and issued a liabilty claim on my behalf for damages to the car and my injuries. Now the culprit that smashed into the back of my car is claiming that I reversed into him and that he has a third party witness. It looks like it may go to court but all I have is a statement of what really happened. i have no witnesses. Am I screwed?? Please help!!!!

Does anyone know how he got his headlights that way. Black on the inside???

I just found out my girlfriend broke the n/s wing unit mirror on my IS200. The mirror unit is fine but its the stalk that has been damaged. The whole thing is being held together using electrical tape. I called up Lexus Twickenham today and they told me it may cost in the region of £250-300!! for a replacement?? Can anybody confirm this price is correct or does anyone know where I can get replacement parts for cheaper than waht i've been quoted???

Hey guys, I wonder if anyone can help me with a problem I have. My 2002 IS200 Sport had the rear passenger near side window smashed. The guys at Autoglass were great and repaired it immediately. Now the IS200 sport has tinted windows as standard on the rear screen and rear passenger windows. The new window I had put in has no tint......... Does anyone know what grade of tint the standard grade is??? Please help it's embarrassing!!

that is a massive bargain!!! does the seller have any more do you know?? I got it for £20!!!!. I kept a close eye on it and bid last minute. Turns out I was the only bidder. I thought there would be a flood of last minute bidders but to my dismay there wasnt any!! Had to pay £20 for delivery but at that price I am laughing mate. I dont know if he has any more, but the week before he sold one for about £180. I guess he may get some in now and again. His ebay ID is phil11259. Just buy a sheet of mash (you can get it from ebay if you want). Cut to size and screw it on. I would paint the mash black first but it’s entirely up to you if you like the silver effect. How good would that look though with the mesh???? If done properly I guess it would look ok. Have u got a link to any on ebay??

I've just bought a TTE Sports Aero bumper for the I200 off ebay. I got it for £40. BARGAIN!! But it does not have any mesh grilles on it. Does anyone know where I can get them from??? The seller said that u can fit the OEM grilles but that wouldnt look right would it???
