  2. nice, yea mines got a fair few more miles on it, not so bad i'm just gonan hang on to the car, leave it as it is, i'd loose more selling it.
  3. alot of help you guys are... been on autotrader and there aint another is200 sport nav with simular colour and milage. also if you check some other threads people are selling stuff via ebay links, dont see there posts being deleted, whats the big deal i just want an idea of price, im not putting my car up for sale because i dont know if i want to ell it, all depends on how much i can get for it. never known anything like it
  4. yea but that was with mods, im talkign about standard, and this is purely for insurance quotes, not to sell it in the slightest.
  5. its a lexus is200 sport navigator in granite sky, has 120k on the clock and its either an x reg or v reg, not to sure. its in good condition and will be totally standard. just want to get an idea for insurane purposes... not to sell it.
  6. lol cool, and i thought i was mad for spending £1k on my whole system!!!!
  7. hi, i haven't been following this post all the way through... but wouldn't you of been better off with 2 smaller turbos off of each side?
  8. 580.... what makes them taht expensive???? they made of gold or something :P
  9. yea i could do, but ive kinda ignored the warning light now lol.. im not sure what your doing with your wiring mate, its a prettty simple circuit, i just connected the red and black wire to the plus and negative of the rear light on the parcel shelf, keep it in parallel with rear buld and they will both work... you cant really get it wrong, if you get it back to front try it the other way around and it should work fine... (thats if the colours arn't clear) i dont know for what reason your trying to connect the wire to the fog light?
  10. all you need now is to drop it on some 18's :D then it'll look the nuts er.... ive got the same spoiler, ive wired it to the centre light on the parcel shelf... and i unplugged the buld from the centre light so i dont have 4 lights light up at the back and i get a brake warning light come up on my dash now. if you leave the rear light in it will be fine... does anyone know how to get rid of the warnign light from the dash?
  11. there not d2, ive got a set and there a cheap end brand or springs, and the purple on the d2 is different :P
  12. yea like in there 60's and 70's all poodleing around at 20mph below the speedlimit lol
  13. i havn't really looked to be honest, jobless means im moneyless at the moment, my poor car will have to wait till ive got a job i think :(
  14. i think you will find that no car on the road will give its intended bhp, even with brand new oil, filters plugs etc the engine will deteriat after time, i'd like to know what people have got on there is200's. i dont think rr computers can give a 100% accurate flywheel measurement as it works it out on the run down of the transmission, and i cant see this being very accurate at all???? also some rolling roads aren't all that accurate, i went on a rr day with about 30 of my mates every car was getting unpridictible readouts... some where just low, others where over. ie standard mini cooper s is 160 odd bhp, on the rollers it got 213 or near that, they where saying it all depends on how the car was driven and treated? not sure the truth of all this, but id never expect any car to have its intended bhp unless it was brand spanking new.
  15. originaly i lowered mine 40mm, didn't notice any wrong with the handling, it was just flatter going aroun dcorners, with alot less roll... now im on d2 racing coilovers, and ive dropped it as low as it will physically go, (ie i cant get a piece of paper betweem my tyres and the arches :D) handling was messed up majorly but once i got it set up it runs fine, handles like a dream, and sticks to the road like glue.... but i do get a huge amount of tyre wear on the inside, i changed my rears the other week, 1 side was bald on the indise and i still had 2mm of tread on the outside, this is mainly due to the set up, i asked for the 2 degree camber adjustment, better for corners bad for tyres lol
  16. yea ive seen that white 1, is that 1 an altezza though? unless its another 1 im thinking about. and nope dont usually wave or get waved at as just seems to be oblivious old people driving them :P
  17. romford essex here... fair old few is200's about mainly driven by oldies and er... middle eastern women...
  18. i have a set of 40mm lowering springs if your insterested, there on my old set of shocks so all you'll need to do is swap them straight onto your car... this is what it will drop down too, this is on 18's though
  19. mine is hard to hit 135, mayb e the bigger wheels and a heavy stereo dont help to much :(
  20. rather annoyed!!! spent the day cleaning my car, while washing it with the pressure washer, i was spraying the rear of the car and the end nozzle of the pressure washer shot off and smashed my passanger side tail light cluster!!! :( not a happy bunny does anyone have 1 going spare? and how much would it be? cheers
  21. or somethign like this, could use it without the oil cooler http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Complete-universal-r...A1%7C240%3A1318
  22. is this the kind of thing your looking for??? not saying it will fit but it has a 3/4 inch thread? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LAND-RANGE-ROVER-3-5...bayphotohosting if so all you'd have to do is find out what car share the same oil filter as your gs or is engine and im ure there will be 1 about??? if it does fit or a simular 1 would you be able to connect the hoses to your bmw style? hope this is some help, im considering doing this to my is200 also as its so hard to get to the bloody filter!
