I am sure I have 2 master keys and one valet :) Is this different depending on the country? Maybe you have another one and you dont remember it??

My air con works fine here in Greece, with outside tempratures reaching 40C in the summer. Even after the car is left for a couple of hours in the sun and the inside temprature is around 40+ the aircon works like a charm. I change m,y inside cabin filter every year (30 euros cost). Must be some problem with the gas inside the aircon system....have it regassed like Laura said....

I can confirm that the new DVD update does that and also after using it and trying to use a 'copy' of the old DVD version I could not as this software changes the way the DVDs are read and will not recongise copies that worked so far...why would you wanna do that I dont know but I noticed it....I will give the battery reset thing a try and see if it goes back to reading the copy of my previous DVD. The new one has major updates for us here in Greece and is a must have! :D PS I DO own the original DVD's so no hassle needed :)

Got mine as a gift when I got the car (I actually demanded it) and its the best thing....very very useful after skiing and throwing your boots in the trunk, all the water is kept in and it is very very easy to clean....

Just got the same letter from Lexus Greece....will call and try to set a date....I was there 10 days ago for my service! If only I knew....

I called them and got them via courrier....4 DVDS plus a small booklet.....I will get the part numbers down and send them ASAP! I am 90% sure you will not be able to do it online....there are 4 double layer DVDs....by the way they are locked so I sure Lexus wont let you download them:))

I hope Athens is 100% covered. Can you give us details please. Are you happy with the quality of the maps,and are we supposed to upgarde it through internet? I got the new DVD(!)'s via Lexus. They are four DVD's now instead of one and they have coverage of a bit of Eastern Europe as well....In Greece, Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra and most of the majot roads are covered.... Navigation is great and the same as the other European countries I have driven to.... TMC is not available as you would expect... Lexus/Toyota maps are made by Navteq and the coverage is the same as you could find in Navteq's website about a year ago....It took a year to get from the information that Navteq had on their site to the Lexus DVD....now Navteq has updated their maps....lets hope it does not take another year....:) AH!...cost is 160 euros....

I noticed the same noice in mine last summer....it did it exactly as you describe it....over small holes....I only noticed it because I had the window open and you could clearly hear it....even my wife did....! To be honest, I did not take this up with Lexus and the fact is that after 2-3 weeks it went away....It was one of those really hot Greek summer days and I thought that might have something to do with it....

I had this problem about a year ago....and I had to take it to Lexus to reset it using that PDA type thing (I am sure it has a proper name). I dont think it can be reset any other way....

I have these: http://www.thuleracks.com/product.asp?dept_id=22&sku=598 They are not a cheap option but are very very stable, easy to load the bikes from the side (one man job) and the main thing is that the bikes are locked on so you can leave them on. They fit very nicely with the Lexus rails and you dont even know the bikes are there. I sometimes had to look through the sunroof to see if they are still there... If you plan to use them and want to spend the money I think this is the best choice....

Hi guys, new on this board and expecting my new RX400h in about 2 weeks... I want to clarify some bits on the new 07 model.... I was told when ordering in the beg. of August that all models with delivery from October will be 07 models (at least here in Greece). I agreed to order only if this was the case....when I went there at the start of this week to talk to my dealer they told me that my car is in customs ( hurray!!!) and also that after Xmas all RX400h's sold will be around 1500 euros more expensive and only the 07 models that are sold from Oct to Dec will have the old price tag. I was also told that this 1500 euros increase will be 'negotiable' with the client instead of getting a free gift....(roof rails, floor mats etc...) Replying to the earlier post, I did not have to pay extra for the 07 build and also I was told by the friendly sales woman to wait a couple of weeks before making the order so that we are sure we get a 07 built :winky:
