i got a quote on an altezza rs200 no mods with adrian flux 23yr old, no ncb, fully comp, 1 crash fault, 1 crash non fault £2000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does anyone have any ideas of cheap providers and an ig with insurers for the vehicle. have had an is and a few others higher end ig vehicles and not had this price on any of my cars not even my first policy.

i think standard unleaded over here is 95 and the super/vpower depending where you buy is 98. hope this helps

did beams to performance modifications on the 2l 6cyl, as i found the stock engine on the is200 dissappointing but would assume this engine would offer the best base for modifying due to its size thus ability to handle extra power.

i am looking for an altezza and have noticed the 2 options for engines. 1 the 6cyl, is this the same engine as in a is200 as i find it sluggish for the size of it until you cane the revs? 2 is the 4cyl beams a good reliable engine? 3 what is the fuel consumption on the 4cyl beams and the 6cyl (if different to is200), only want a roundabout figure as my journey to work is 25miles? would appreciate any the help thanks

if you are not sure here is the web address of the goverment department that deals with vehicle standards, it should have all the details of the iva and enhanced iva which is what your car will have to pass to be able to be used. if this proves mind boggling i would recommend contacting a uk importer for some advice. www.vosa.gov.uk hope this helps

i was under the impression there were chassis numbers on imports as you can insure your import on the chassis number until you have a registered plate number off the dvla. i would double check that if i was you

had an is200 was rear wheel drive and am looking for an altezza all the research says rwd. if not sure look at the engine, this applies to nearly all cars if it across the engine bay then its fwd if its lenghtways in the engine then its rwd or awd, as i said this will apply to nearly all cars.
