  3. Hi guys, Having owned my 91 LS for over a year now, i finally decided to get my ***** in gear and register on here. (i have up until now been one of those creepy dudes who reads but doesnt post :D ) Anyway, if you have a spare moment, please see if you could help me with my query : http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...showtopic=37521 Cheers B)
  4. Hi guys, Did anyone see wheeler dealers the other day? It featured a LS and they addressed one item inparticular that i am interested in: My Lex has suffered the classic bleeding in the LCD heater/clock display. Its now just constantly black. On the programme it said that Mike Brewer got a replacement screen for £150 i believe, plus the company would fit it for another £60-80? Does anyone know of this company and if so, their contact details. It is so unbelievably annoying not to be able to see the temperature of the heaters and to have to listen for the 'beep' to stop when altering the temperature to know when you are on max hot or max cold!! Many thanks chaps. O. :)
  5. Hi Guys, newbie here. :) Sorry to dig up an old topic, but my 91 Ls400 with 132k on the clock and running the standard 15" alloys has the same problem. Above 80mph on the motorway the steering wheel starts vibrating like mad, you can also feel the vibrations through the floor and the seat. The vibrations i assume originating from the wheels or suspension. As a side note, over 100mph (which i know i shouldnt be doing ) and the vibrations seem to lessen. It ruins the otherwise enjoyable experience of the Lex, which with the exception of this problem loves a long motorway jaunt.
