Hi there, I wanted to know what fuel is everybody using for their IS200???? I have started to use the V-POWER UNLEADED fuel rather than just the normal unleaded fuel, which works out to be only a couple of pence cheaper per litre. I have noticed my Is200 has become more smoother when accelerating!! Has anybody noticed any difference in the car if you are using the V-power unleaded fuel????? Thanks in advance!!!!

Hi to all!!! I have started to wire up an after market stereo, but after taking out the orgional stereo i was confused with all the wires!!! I bought a multi meter to test which wire was live, ignition and earth so i can power my new stereo up, but after connecting all the wires and the sub the stereo started to flicker and not work!! Has any body out there re wired their is200 to get an after market stereo in, can you please help me here!!!!! Thanks!!!!

Hi, I have sent a PM to the guy who offered to send me the wiring diagram but he has not yet sent it to me, So i have decided to look for it I am told that the wiring diagram is in the workshop, can anybody direct me to it????

Im afriad you have to pay £105 , everytime you you sell your car or transfer the number to another car, DVLA charge you £105 pounds which allows you to keep it off a car and on retention for a year, the payment of 105 includes (£80 transfer free and £25 retention fee) Ill recommend if your buying the number plate and are going to put it on a car keep it on there for as long as you can because £105 is alot to pay up.

Hi there, I think it is just a waste of time them selling number plates as DVLA work out to be the cheapest and include everything in the total price!!!! If you are looking to buy a personalised number plate then using DVLA is recommended!!!

Hi to all, I am trying to wire up an after market stereo! After taking the original lexus stereo out there were 2 connections behind it, any body know what both are for? Also which colour wire is the earth, live and ignition with the lexus IS200? And which are the speakers? Thanks in advance!!!!

Hi, I want to fit a sub and amp into my IS200 But as i am told the original amp behind the dash needs to be bipassed!!!! Can anybody help me with this?????? An early thanks!!!!

Hi, As far as i thought it was going to be simple to fit a sound system into my IS200 I bought the fascia kit, wiring kit, the stereo, the sub and amp!! After the installation of all my wires the audio connector with the stereo did not fit the lexus wiring clips!! After visiting a couple of electronic shops i was told you cannot get a audio connector/adapter for a IS200!!!! They come with a standard amplifier and in order to fit sound it needs to be bipassed!!!! I am totall confused, can you please advise me on this matter, how do i go around this problem!!!! Any comments appreciated!!!!!

I didnt get it with the MOT as the car already had MOT when i bought it, When i went to dvla to buy tax they gave it to me!!!

Hi, As I went DVLA to buy tax they issued me with a Advisory Notice, which says "Nearside front track rod end ball joint has slight play" I dont know what this is and where is the problem!!!! If someone can please explain/ advice me on what to do!!!! An early thanks!!!!
