  1. We had a 1999 is200 for nearly four years, as it was rapidly approaching 155k miles we decided that perhaps time to change it, went out and bought a 56 plate toyota thinking we would get at least some of the qualities we loved in the Lexus. How very wrong we were, we only kept the Toyota for 7 weeks. I am pleased to say i now am the proud owner of another is200. Hope to keep it for many years to come.
  2. Thanks for the reply, its been back to the garage today, fault was a loose connection in the back of the speedo some how it had come loose and was making and breaking the connection. Seems to be all sorted :D
  3. Need a little help on this one, I Have a 1999 is200 the speedo sometimes stops working ? You can be driving along and it works fine the next minute it will go back to zero ( whilst still moving lol) any ideas what this can be, it also affects the miles per gallon indicator and milage count when it stops. The car is still under local garage warranty so will go back just wanted to know if this is a common prob. Any ideas thanks keith.
