    Genuine Toyota coolant will be fine, you can buy it either pre-mixed or concentrate from dealer. Usually the mix is 50/50. 8 Litres (mixed stuff) should be sufficient, although its hard to drain the system completely, without doing it twice. Is your coolant Red or Pink btw ?

    The capacity is about 1 litre, maybe little more, so 2 to 3 litres should be enough.

    Mine did exactly this... "Looking at the spring again I found that if I moved the valve all the way round that the spring would actually twist itself enough to jam one of the pins that pushes the spring back into shape and would only spring back about 3/4 of the way, leaving the valve loose for the last 1/4. Is your top washer made of aluminium ? Scratches in it ?

    Hello I have also had problem with the new spring. Because the plain washer, on top of the spring, is made of aluminium it gets worn and the spring started sticking -> didnt Fully Open. Changed the washer to steel-made and it works now. Suggest u check yours.

    I just searched ultraleds.co.uk and aceparts.com, and i just cant find those 10mm twist-fit bulbs :duh: 509T stands for the 5mm twist-fit right ? So where to get 10mm ? Thanks

    when looking thru the bypass it does appear to close all the way Yea but i mean when driving. Does the lever in the throttle end turn it enough.

    One question for you fluff, with standard setup does the bypass ever go Fully Closed ?

    You need to get fault codes read first, i suggest dont reset Ecu. Where do u live, someone could possibly tell you where to get them read, cheaper than dealer.

    Pretty much yes. Theres 5 bulbs for the backround lighting. 2x 5mm and 3x 10mm. Can someone confirm that ? cause i didnt change the bulbs yet...
