Hey mate. Mine turned out to be a leak in the radiator. Garage managed to fix for under 200 notes. Hope this helps.

Hey. Was there any definitive answer to this?? I was driving my 2000 se today and the engine management light came on followed by the flashing trc. I drove about 5 miles trying to get back home and car died on me while making a 3 point turn and had to get recovered. Car has been fine up until now and was last serviced in December.

hey guys. just an update. took car into garage, turns out it was a snapped drop-link. £60 to fix, braced myself for the worst so kinda happy with that. feckin pot holes!

hi guys. got an is200se x reg done 71k. recently just started hearing a knocking noise coming from the front drivers side. it's more noticable when going downhill. was thinking maybe ball joints but maybe somebody on here has had the same problem and knows what it may be before i put it in a garage and know how serious it is and how much roughly to fix? cheers

Hey folks. Just realised that both headlights are out(the main ones, closest to grille). pulled out the bulbs to inspect them and they look ok, fuses seem ok too. Any ideas?

think this thread deserves a bump. if only i'd read this yesterday it may have prevented me sliding a 180 onto the other side of the road early this morning. luckilly no cars were coming the other way. very scary experience!

is200SE. had a slow puncture i think and tyre tread has came down to virtually zilch on the outside. only need 1 tyre for MOT next week. would a tyre with a 'v' speed rating be ok since it's up to 150mph? thanks guys

hi peoples. front passenger electric window's not working. took the panels off the other day to fit a new door handle. fitted the plugs back in but getting nothin. any ideas? cheers in advance

First thing i checked mate!! figures out it's door handle that's knackered. a wee bit's broke off that holds the plastic piece! anybody know where i can get a new one cheap?? cheers

hey folks, got a new problem that's just developed. my passenger door won't open from the outside and have to use the handle inside to open it. i've took the door panel off to investigate and a plastic conneting type piece fell out. i'm presuming this joins the rod to the handle in some way? would it be easy to get a hold of one of these parts? got the car booked into lexus on friday but would rather do it myself than pay through the nose. cheers for any help
