  1. You have to load the numbers seperately for the voice tags...have you done this? Must admit I have to load a few more 'cos at the moment I've just got my immediate family and the inevitable 'phone home'. You can tag each number with whatever tag you wish, but preferably something short e.g "her indoors" I have set up my phone book and speed dials. I had to copy each contact as a business card, which took about 20-30 seconds for each, the whole process literally took hours. So how do you enter the numbers for voice recognition? I have read the manual.... must be incredibly stupid or something. If I remember rightly, you go to the individual contact's page in the address book so that the name & number of the person are displayed but you scroll to page 2 where the option to add a voice tag is listed. Press that and you'll be asked to say the name you want tagged. You hear that back and confirm it and then it's stored. It confused me at first until I discovered the voice tag option was on page 2.
  2. I've got a similar problem with mine. It works most of the time apart from in the car park at work. When I get out and press the door button, nothing. When I press the remote, nothing. I've tried opening the door and closing it again but to no avail. Many a time I've had to leave it unlocked and come back a few minutes later which is far from ideal. When I do finally manage to lock it I have the same problem unlocking it as it fails to acknowledge the key. Even if I hold it in my hand up against the car the mirror puddle lights don't illuminate and I'm left standing there which is no fun when it's raining. After a minute or so it finally registers and unlocks but this shouldn't be happening on a car that costs as much as it does.
  3. I posed this question on another thread but didn't get an answer so it may not be possible, but I was wondering if there's any way I can disable the open door chime when sat with the engine off but on 1st stage ignition, i.e. with the MM system on and dials illuminated? It really annoys me that I can't open the door to speak to someone without it going off. Thanks in advance.
  4. Is this what you're talking about? http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...mp;hl=white+200 There's a white one near me, X***ELE, that I see regularly. Or maybe this one: http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...c=41687&hl=
  5. I've seen BA5*ARD on a BMW no less, and he was driving like one as well....
  6. Thanks for the seat belt fix, it works a treat. Is there any way I can disable the open door chime? I spend a lot of time sat around waiting for people and it annoys me that I can't sit with the door open and the stereo on without the door chime going off.
