  1. i have been reading and researching on the net, and i came up with some interesting info, correct me if im wrong but the 5AT code is E650 so is the same tranny that come on the is300 but modify so it can cope with the 2jz, when i found that look up the toyota tranny to see how much toyota saids the tranny can hold up, and what i found was that the tranny can hold up 325 whp, in a other site said (im not pretty sure about this) that it can holp 400-450whp cuz that same tranny can be found on gs300
  2. Here's the thing, i got a hold of a hks gts turbo kit, but i know that the compression oh my motor is not turbo friendly, so read some were that if i get a head gasket that lowers the compression oh my motor, it can be more turbo friendly without going with the big mods, like piston and roads. so i turn to u guys to tell if its true or not?, if it is how much boost can i get into my motor? the head gasket will lower my compression to 10.6:1 P.S.: thanks for the help
  3. ebay im talking about this ones
  4. the ones u have are the ones selling on ebay?
  5. Hi, long time well guys i need ur opinion on this suspension, has anyone hear of them, are they good?
  6. when should i change tranny oil whe reach 50k or more?
  7. thanks that clear that out for me and my friend, steve so have been in playa dorada, have u ever been to bavaro should go u wolud like it
  8. i got friend that says that it dosen't matter if for example if it says headers hks for M/T, it could be used for a A/T, and has u know A/T on the tezza has 2 sensors and he says just use one, and say to him dude if it says M/T is cuz is no for A/T, but keeps saying that that dosent matter. can someone clear that out for me.
  9. can i adapt and 3sgte 3gen on my altezza, and can it work with the tranny of my car?
  10. I woudln't turbo it without changing the rods and pistons, injectors (maybe fuel pump) and ECU. Yes you can turbo it but with the above mods you can get waaaaay more power reliably and without them it will most likely go bang. There is a guy on the forum with a rod out the block just recently. I've also got an MR2 turbo and even the stock turbo rods and especially the pistons (which are waaay stronger than the altezza) are only good for 300 wheel horse or so. With mods there are plenty of 500+ wheel HP 3SGTE's around. What you could do is buy another engine and put it on a stand and do the upgrades... then when its ready swap it over and sell your old motor for what you paid for the new one etc. That way you can still drive the car when your working on it. Nathan yes i know, i'm all so planing on changeing the injector, fuel pump, and im going with the e manege ultimate cuz i have and A/T, i wont good for the piston and rods mods cuz im there isnt a shop in my country that has done work on a beams 3s-ge engine, be sides the hks people said that turbo kit works with the factory compression Yep it works with the pissweak amount of boost they run... the problem is its not that much more powerful than stock and hardly worth the effort... with lower compression you can turn the boost up and start to make some real safe power like 400hp (flywheel) Also if it runs lean for any reason (overboost or fueling problem) it will destroy the motor. With forged internals it will survive some minor pinging. Anyway in the end it's your car do with it what you like. I've also read somewhere the toms 280T wasn't a stock engine turbo'd it had lower compression so either a decompression plate or different pistons. Makes sense toyota don't usually engineer grenades. Nathan u are so right, just came from speaking with one the most popular tuner in my country, he said all most the same has you nathan, he told me that the car will only handle 7psi of boost, and i went WTF, so scratch i wont go turbo any more, is to damn pricey i just would do some N/A mods and tray getting of it 260 oh 270 at the most

  12. guys im almost buying and 2nd hand HKS turbo kit for de altezza, of what i have read the turbo kit can work with the factory compression, be sides of installing, and inter cooler, and the oil tranny cooler, what else do i need, and what is the highest that i can boost it, ill be buying the turbo kit sometime this week so please i need answer A.S.A.P
  13. Tezza is different, the A/T has two O2 sensors the M/T only has one. but can it be fitted on a A/T model
