  1. oo i see. yea all i need is the wiring diagram and a translation lol. yea the ls400 mirrors are heated. i just want the button for the fold in and fold out to work, i dont need the heat or shaking thing. i have the mirror and the switches, im just missing the relay.
  2. your welcome. but i see u have a IS, so most of the codes i posted will not apply to u.
  3. this is for the 90-94 via jumper wire connection. from this US website that i always use.... http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/intro/codereading.html Engine OBDI Diagnostic Codes The list below will tell you where the problem lies but will not go into diagnosis. 4. wow that is a great link!!! very very good information in there. thanks for the link! Hi Graham, Cheers for the info it gives all the info on the mirror adjustments but not on the power folding types fitted to the Celsiors which is what the guy in N.Y. is after. I had a play with mine tonight but couldn't locate the relay. Knowing Lexus/Toyota there will be an ECU somewhere to control them as you press the same switch to fold and unfold the mirrors and something electronic has to tell them which way to move and when to stop moving. I have also put a post on Soarer Central as there is a dedicated Celsior section and there are a lot of them in Oz. thank you Steve, i appreciate you trying to help me.
  5. hello, thanks for replying. No i have a US spec LS400 but i have the power folding mirrors but not the relay. If possible, it would be GREATLY appreciated if you could get me that part number. But im not sure if the 90-92 and 93-94 mirrors are any different...shouldn't be though.
  6. hello, does anyone know what the part number for a UCF1x power folding mirror relay box is? and is it hard to obtain? thank you!
  7. yea its usually under the hood lever, http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/intro/codereading.html is how it looks like <----also that website is extremely helpful if you are a do it yourselfer. though these are the American spec LS400s should be the same as the Euro ones right?
