hi folks my rs200 has developed an annoying squeak/whining noise upon slow or zero acceleration, now ive checked the obvious fan belt etc even had the front and rear tyre (offside) off and re-positioned the scree that was not positioned onto the lug 100% (that got rid of the scraping) but this noise is beginning to get on my t**ts, any ideas??? it may be a pinprick in the exhaust but im not sure, if it is then its off to kwik fit (i will buy a decent exhaust dont worry) any ideas folks, colin

hi folks, just a quick question, on the right hand side of the automatic gear lever i have a red button with japanese writing next to it, anyone tell me what this is (i was hoping it was an ejector seat but the wife was still there whan i pushed it :winky: :winky: :winky: ) whilst im on the subject, ive just got my logbook back and the car is listed as a toyota, but just that no model etc nothing (bit confusing for the insurance) its an altezza but which model (im a newbie, its my first one sorry), its automatic with paddleshift, 4 cylinder (apparently) 24 valve beams engine so is it the as200 or the rs200 and whats the difference? (told you im a bit thick) any help would be appreciated

hi well in answer to your questions, i live in leigh, the altezza is silver and to be honest im not sure which model it is (typical newbie) all i know is its the 2.0 beams engine 24v so i imagine its the rs200, its automatic and goes like **** off a stick so when is the next n meet

hi folks, just thought id say hello, ive just bought my first is200, well its an altezza really, its a 1999 on an s reg and i must admit if carlsberg made cars then this would be it, well impressed, maybe looking to modify a small bit not sure yet as it has the bodykit so i may just leave it......ttfn
