£650 for the head gasket to be done KENT PREFORMANCE IN GILLINGHAM 01634 360693 a long way but well worth it just had mine done there and got it back in just over a week, not bad considering the head was away for 4 days being worked on also advisable to get the timing belt changed while most of the engine is out.

wot is the garage on something as there is no such tool had misfire on mine went to garage 3 times before the AA came out again and tested the cooling system to find out that the system had petrol fumes in it which indicated that either the head had cracked or the head gasket had gone. thank fully it was just the haed gasket the downside of this was that it throw up misfire fault codes my main advise is to bit the bullet and get a pressure test done on the engine and hope for the best. or you can keep spending loads of money nd it will only get worse good luck

sounds like the cars made from a soft as hell metal as i have never but a sub frame or hub on my is. only time that happened was hitting a armaco wall at 50 mph in the race car im now running and even that wasnt a big twist i would get a second opinion from the dealer as if a place say that and dont have the stuff to srighten normally people wouldnt all they have to do is keep the car for a couple of days and then tell u its done charge a fortune, for doing nothing. already had it done, and the same place did it to a mate.

got a new clutch in at xmas had a squeak, went back and he greased in the slave cylinder inspection bung squeak went for a bit then came back so new thrust bearing put in but it still remains. the only way to stop it is to slightly put preasure on the pedal, one place sayes something about a dome on the end of slave cylinder being worn???????? any ideas before it drives me totally insane and i get to the jap north show with out a running car help please

easy get the old end out of the hub hit it with a hammer and screw driver then once u got the new one push in from back and using a open ended nut tighten without wheel on till the back is flush how it should be like the others done it loads of times mi self on various models any problems or if u live near call in to pemberton tyres in wigan

Might be worth asking Tony at WIM about his arch rolling matey when you go to see him as it might give you enough clearance for your rims and stop any rubbing :) love to know the make of tyres as i deal in them and 2253519 arnt a uk size? intresting

i have a w reg is200 changed the backbox for a jap one now the vvc is only kicking in at 4500rpm compared to the 3500rpm when i first got it is this the exhurst or have i got a fault? ta
