I,m impressed both by your quick response and the fact you know - must be something to do with us having identical cars (if yours is on P plate) Do you have the same squeeky sunroof rubber issue that I have, makes a really annoying noise curede by tilting open the sunroof and closing it again? Anyway thanks for the info.

So who is the technical spod out there that can tell me the correct plug gap for my series 1 GS?

I am thinking of converting to LPG and would be keen to hear reports / experiences - good or bad - from anyone who has had a conversion or is running LPG already. Cheers

Hi, Can anybody tell me the standard out put for the Mk 1 GS300 sport? I think the BHP is 209 but have no idea what the torque lb/ft is. Answers on a a post card pls. Cheers Phil

Hi I'm the proud new owner of a lovely GS300 Sport Series 1. The only thing I didn't check before I bought it was towing - doh! I have located a towbar from Watling but Lexus say I need and oil cooler for the auto box and an extra radiator. I only tow a tiny 14' caravan but I understand nothing about auto boxes so the questions are: Do I really need an oil cooler for my little van? What damage am I risking if I don't? Do I realy need an extra rad? Would I not get obvious warning of overheating from the Temp guage or am I missing something? Cheers all Phil
