  1. Just posted the kit Ed, should be with you tomorrow :D Cheers mate - cheque on its way too.
  2. sorry dude - no link as intercooler king seems to not sell much any more. Don't know where else to get it. I posted a link to it on page one of the thread but the item is ended now - but could have a look.
  3. I have got the slender intercooler that TOM18 posted earlier and cosmetically it does the same as Wozza/Rabsters's however i would go for the same one as they did due to the centre top mounting point rather than the 2 side ones.
  4. It is standard procedure to return the item that you are receiving the refund for. However if you had to pay postage for them to send it to you; maybe they should pay postage for you to send it back to them...............might put them off.
  5. Gord may have some bits to help you out Check: My Wanted Thread Ed Edit: whoops so didn't read the thread properly lol. Answer below.
  6. The exedy kit is supposed to be an OEM replacement - when i've put that part number into the exeddy website it is their basic clutch kit with no mention of an organic plate. Not that it means the plate isn't organic. The 2nd unbranded performance clutch is just that an organic performance clutch. Would be interesting to hear from anyone who may have had it fitted.
  7. Yep the other 2 screws snapping was entirely fault as I did about 500 miles with only 2 screws in over a period of a week. Unfortuantely had no choice and didn't think I had the time to fix it - as I didnt really know where to start. Really wish i'd taken it more seriously. Wozza's advice is good - make sure they are tight. One of the things I have notced from taking the pulley apart though is that the hole through the cover and plate are a bit larger than the screw that is used - which could cause some movement which could then damage the screws. Hope it all gets sorted soon patrik.
  8. Gord you legend - you have PM
  9. Asi I think you need to buy the M4 x 12mm bolts here - Philips Head - but they have lots of head types available. The problem is that I'm not sure I'm confident that I can drill them out properly without causing a complete mess lol.
  10. Anybody know a good place in South London they could recommend doing this for me? Had my Dad have a look to see if he could give me a hand and just got a "Woah no way!" lol.
  11. Yeah Gord would be interesting to see the difference. Only know of 3 chargers having probs atm - mine (snapped pulley screws), Tom-18s (Ceased), Patrik (Manufacturing fault) who's the 4th?
  12. Hi Guys, Getting the airbox for my TTE charger as i'm finding the induction kit too loud. Problem is I won't be able to fit it without removing the clutch resevoir. I know there is a kit that can do this and I have been told I could make my own (Rav-4 clutch hose?) but wouldn't know where to start. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
  13. DJ that is quite likely to be your brake pads moving in the caliper - this can be solved by buying some clips to go in the caliper from lexus.
  14. Must be something to do with a shocking quality of fuel over in the US - I think 95RON is considered premium over there. ASI - IK22 is only supposed to be fitted to modified cars IIRC
  15. Ok so today i though I would pull apart the SC clutch assembly. Having problems removing the central bolt I reattached the SC belt - plus this will give me my Torque back lol. As you can see - all 3 screws have snapped and it looks very similar to robs when his did the same. On top of the pulley are on the left the central bolt, in the centre one of the snapped bolts and on the right an M3 bolt: which is obviously too small. I also received the new bolts today (after I had taken the photos) and think that it is M4 x 120mm that will be the right fit. My only concern is that the holes on the cover and clutch plate are slightly larger than M5 and therefore with will slam against M4s each time the SC fires up and may be why the screws have snapped. Took some other pictures: How the clutch system fits together: Clutch Plate & Cover: My real problem is how to get those snapped screws out seeing as I found it hard enought just taking out the central bolt lol.
  16. well i've bought 6x each m3-6 12mm so should be able to find the correct ones and have plenty of room for error. Thanks for the site link btw Rob
  17. yeah just remember Rob saying he took out M4s before re-boring.
  18. Removed the SC belt last night, set the FCD to 12 and reset the ECU = No power. Same torque as normal (NA) @ around 2.5krpm but then no more torque all the way up. Might have to refit airbox as well.
  19. I've just checked an M3 screw against the screws i took out and it is too small. IIRC Rob you mentioned in your supercharger overhaul topic that your old ones were M4 which would seem more like it. Is that right? I think i'm just going to buy a selection from that site and give it a go.
  20. As steve said a few people have them. The kit you have mentioned is their OEM replacement kit but from what I can see it is slightly upgraded. I'll be putting that clutch kit on my car when the time comes for a replacement. Ed
  21. thats my drunken ebay one :P - I know prolex sold them might be worth an ask.
  22. The problem I see is Asi says that they are 0.5inch long which is 1.27cm. Not knowing how fine the tolerances are i'm not sure those 10mm ones will do as they could be too short. But then the next step is 15mm and they could be too long. But at that price I might as well buy both lol. Hopefully going to get WIM to look at this when I go and get my front shocks done in a week or so.
  23. I've got a TTE grill badge on mine:
