    I have a Clutch Relocation kit im not using as i have a Induction kit, you can get the 5PK 800 belt from most motor factors.... euro car parts, halfords places like that!! think mine was £20 if that? but i got a 790 as they had no 800 in stock still fits!! I also have an old airbox cover that has a hole in it to fit around the clutch fluid bottle?? I just covered it with tape until i got the induction kit! if your gonna go down the same route i have the cover here! worked fine.... Tom.

    Hey guys took my amp out today only too about 5 mins! Have the serial number under neath the TOYOTA bit is 86280-53040 Then seiral number ABA00127 Havent got a clue if any of that helps but anyone got an amp that will match?? its from a 53 (04) IS200! Cheers Tom.

    Hey guys having abit of trouble with my standard head unit! I have all of the Displays come up am able to laod, change CD's FM/AM everything. But i have no volume??? I also have no audio adjustments like Bass, Trebble, Fader or Balance? but all the other buttons seem to be working fine?? I have no idea what could be the problem, i do have a spare headunit out of my old IS200 but before i replace it was wonering if you guys might have a suggestion??? Cheers, Tom.

    Theres plenty of upgrade ones on there, just have a look at the intercooler_king This is a good upgrade that sould fit no prob! Tom.

    Have you tried some of the IRWIN bolt extractors?? i got some of these to get my rear box and manifild off after rounding the rusted bolts. Came off a treat :D Clicky Egay number 300296774838 Most places like Machine mart, Ernest Doe and B&Q should have them in stock! Tom.

    Cover Number one mate. Its the one that sits under the engine and attaches to the front bumber. I took them off when the cars got supercharged and just didnt want to cut them up to put them back on! Tom.

    Oh ok cheers Rob, i thought the tighter or less slack the bypass cable had the better, make it more responsive as the valve would open with the throttle.....?? will give it some more slack tomorrow.

    Pictures say a thousand words lol! I'll just wait for a reply from TTE and drive the car sensibly for now......... and the BOV seems to not release the pressure as well as before?? does at low revs but at high revs seems to quietly flutter?? Tom.

    Hey mate have sent them an E-mail. Might me a silly question but will it do the charger or car any harm driving it without the bypass closing quickly/ properly?? Tom.

    Hi Guys was just out driving and the car started to run a bit wierd.. the BOV also stopped working and then was fluttering quietly when letting off under high revs?? I opened the bonnet and found that the "Torsion" spring that closes the bypass valve has snapped! :( I have the other spring still helping to close it but does anyone know where i can get a new one from? or does anyone have a spare lying around i can buy?? Cheers for any help! Tom.

    because to do that you need to use an induction kit and it makes a huge amount of noise, you also loose the benefit of a "old" air feed with the induction kit I like the more noise personally.... not to everyones taste i know but meh.... tis my car :D Tom.

    Cheers for the nice comments! Abbott - Sorry i think £5 is a bit too much i mean im not a greedy person lol. She does look a bit unsightly tho so shes gettin painted soon, alone with the pipes and a bigger intercooler........ ;) breet - I just used the Grom Audio Adapter. The link is here for the adapter Clicky The link for how to install Clicky But i also have a Sub + Amp in the boot which i wired off the standard amp as i like the OEM headunit ;) Steviewevie - Yeh i cover the airfilter but other than that just dont get too close to anything that has electricals inside.     I cover the engine in a fgood de-greaser and just pressure wash it off. Works a treat! I dont like silicone products that make plastics look shiney! Just makes it look tacky imo! Tom

    I also managed to temporarily finishd my I-Pod Doc with the use of the Grom Audio Adapter so i can still use the Stanard Headunit. I will remove it at a later date to remove the tape so i can fibreglass it and paint it so it looks like it should always be there. What it looks like from inside! Also with the TRD gear nob! :) And finally some pics of the car! Tom.
