Hi Fido, recently had my IS250 MM Sport 2007 serviced a Cardiff at 20000 ( advised it was a major service ) and this cost me £320.00. Service was very good as I live 100 miles from dealership and they met me halfway and we swopped cars, ( they provided Toyota Yaris courtesy car). What was extremely strange, whilst driving to meet the driver, to swap cars back after the service, I received a call from giggly (probably good eye candy) receptionist at the Dealership informing me that the car was due a service, CONFUSED or what !!! However, not sure on the download / upgrade issue as I raised this earlier as I have never been given a Sat Nav up=grade etc, not sure if this is what you mean.

Hi guys, can someone help me. I have been following the above string and would appreciate help on this. as it does have similar relevance. I have a 2007 IS250 sport with MM / Sat Nav etc. The above strings make reference to update Sat nav CD's, do we pay for them or are they free, as my system seems to work perfectly well at present, apart from circles on roads which I tend to use most often, looked everywhere, cant find answer for that. Any help appreciated.

Hi, Could someone please point me in the right direction. The 2 front alloys on 2007 IS250 have started to blister. Whilst I have noticed this thread before, could someone advise as to whether this would be covered under the corrossion warranty ???? Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi all, just changed my fronts on IS250 = had tyre wear on both inner and outer, but had done 15000 with pressure at 35. Please could some explain what WIM means ????

Hi, what sort of milegage should expect out of a first set of front bridgestone tyres on IS250 Sport Manual 2007, Just changed mine at 15000 with pressure set at 37. There are other strings about road camber wearing tyres out quicker than norm on IS200, but not sure if this applies to newer models. Any views / comments appreciated.

Hi, was that the first replacement set on the front at 28k miles or second set as recently had to buy new ones myself ????

Hi Guys Thanks NCC for the info as I was actually going to raise a similar topic. Having just got back from holiday, set sat nav to find me the travel lodge in Bristol ( partner did not want me to drive home after flying). However, going thro Bristol and listening to sat nav ( and not looking at the screen ) I lost concentration as was flashed. Well annoyed really as was not very much over the speed at 43 etc. With regard to memorising the location, what button do you press to log location etc. Thanks once again, only hope now that there was no film in the camera, not sure whether this applies anymore.

There is no easy way to do no 1 other than to physically put in the camera into the memory banks. When I see a fixed camera, I quickly register the point, then save it into memory. When I get home, I then edit the memory point. be sure to change the icon to "With Sound" / direction so that it will beep as you approach the point. To the downside, it beeps some 500m before approaching the point. But, that gives ample time to slow down.
