Seems to me that there is an extra unwanted p in campaign !! Totally agree with the cause.

Scarface, The bulbs you need are the 9006 - these are your dipped headlights (lights that come on when the auto lights feature kicks in (if you have it on). I had these bulbs in my car for the last few months (one popped last week - I have ordered another set). They give a very nice white light with a hint of blue. They seemed to give about the same visibility as my old standard lights, but definately didn't improve visibility. So if your after lights that certianly look better (without any improved visibilty) give them a go. The images on the ad' are definately comparing 'real' HID, not these bulbs. Hope this helps. Veece

I am now on my second set of refurbs - No problems getting the last two sets swapped. I was also told to expect my current set to need swapping before my warranty runs out (6 months) - seems it's easier to just refurb the wheels than fix the corrosion problem. My last set (refurbs) lasted about 6 months, by then you could actually peel the laquer off :o (I dont use anything to clean them, just soapy water). Paul

Tyre Pressures ? Mine did exactly the same when I had a nail in one of my rear tyres, and it went nearly flat.

I am the second owner of my car (14 months old when I bought it), I have had quite a bit of work carried out under warranty without and issues.

Not too sure about the custom paint job !?

My clunk isn't as bad from 1st to 2nd since it was replaced / reconditioned under warranty. However I do get judder when pulling away in first. Also after the car has ben sitting for a time, engaging 1st can be a bit tricky, this wasn't a problem before I got the new box. Having driven lots of differing makes of car due to the nature of my job, I have to say my IS gearbox is probably the worst I have had to deal with :( not a problem from 2nd onwards though ;)

How much are they going to be then ?? Says prices to be announced.

Have to say that the 2 litre diesel engine sounds pretty sweet. 163bhp - 60mph in 7.9 seconds !!!!!!

Just wondering if anyone can clear this up for me. I currently have four Semperit tyres on my car. Whilst getting a puncture repaired today, the local garage (whom are Semperit dealers) informed my that I have four left sided tyres on my car !!?? . The outer rim of both both my tyres clearly states that it should be the inner rim on the left hand side (cant remember exact wording). I have spoke to Lexus, but they say Semperit have never been the standard tyres on an IS200 (mine is a late 2001). I bought it second hand, so cant be sure they are the original tyres, (cant check the spare, as car is still at the garage). Does anyone else have Semperit tyres on there car ?? cheers Paul

Same here - stuck on with pads for the last 8 months, also no problems with pressure washer. Just a thought though, isn't it illegal not to have the plates screwed on ?? (just mentioned it incase it might be an issue) Paul

UPDATE: Picked my car up this morning, it had been in all week. What a joy - the gear change is fantastic, silky smooth, no clunk, feels like a new car. Lets hope the feeling lasts (fingers crossed) Very Very Happy Bunny...........
