Top speed for IS 200 can be as much as the dial shows (240 km/hour) I test it myself in Germany, and it does work. Please take in consider that in my car i had in total 4 people.

My IS200 '99 270.000 km and running smooth In Belgium i did 170.000 k, and in Romania another 100.000 km Have faith in your car :)
