  2. Nick is doing Florians old job. Could you pm me the contactinfo of Nick.
  3. If someone got the complete pricelist please post it here, that way we don't all have to e-mail Florian.
  4. are you using spacers in that setup?
  5. I have gotten a set of rims from a friend but i'm wondering is these will fit. The front are 18" 8J 45 and the back 18"9j 55 I will surely need spacers but even then i'm not sure they will fit and I will need to know what size of tire is suitable. Thanks for your help.
  6. Your standard prop-shaft is welded anyway. I got mine done by Hoy Engineering in N.Ireland. They cut it, welded it and balanced it. I have never heard of any of their props failing and I have never felt any vibration at all from mine. I told the guy I was going to be running around 600bhp and he said it would have no problem at all handling that power. If it is done professionally it will be fine. It is not something you wanna take a chance on either because if it snaps it could cut right through the fuel line and brake lines which are directly beside it I'm planning to have it done professionally. My plan is to get these things done before I start with the transplant that way I don't have to wait for parts. I will PM you for some more details if you don't mind.
  7. That was my first Idea as well, but I was wondering if the welds wouldn't snap under the pressure of the torque. How much torque does your engine produce?
  8. I was wondering which driveshaft is best to use with an 2jz-gte swap. I have been reading a lot about this swap but no one describes the modifications to the driveshaft. On the usa forum I know the shafts aren't simular. The plan is to use the 2jz-gte autobox on the is200 rear diff. Are the plug and play shafts from another type of car or do I need a custom shaft?
  9. I have tried an air wrench but that didn't work, I have problems stopping the pulley from turning with my prevois car I blocked the crank at the flywheel but now I have an automatic and I don't know if that will work.
  10. Thanks all, this weekend I can start my first project. I got the halo's and a xenon kit, i can start to give the lexus some new lighting :) Furthermore I still working on the timingbelt, the :tsktsk: crankpulleybolt still wont come off.
  11. Here are some pics of the car. car before make over 1 car before make over 2 I will make some more next weekend. The front is removed now but maybe I can make some pics of the bodykit when I testfit it.
  12. Hi all, My name is Hugo and I'm from the Netherlands. Since three weeks i'm the proud owner of a lexus is200 executive Before i had a mazda mx-3 which i tuned for about 3 years but the goals I had in mind were not possible with the mx-3. I bought the is with some damage to the fortn and rear bumper that's why I bodykit will be intalled in june. It's a c-west kit with eyelids amd the headlights are being modified as well. After that I'm going to prepare for an engine transplant but I'm not sure what engine. Maybe a 2jz-ge with a swiftracing turbokit or a 2jzgte with single turbo conversion. It depends on the amount of custom work required. At the moment i'm replacing the timingbelt but i can't get the crankpulley bolt loose. It won't move at all. Does anyone have suggestion on how to do this. Does it come of counter clockwise? I tried both ways but no movement at all. thanks Hugo
