    I've had three cars that I have bought and had the majority of services done at Lexus Leicester and on the whole I have found them to be very good but not great (they have been let down by failing to return calls on a few occassions). Cars are always cleaned inside and out and no damage has ever been done to the cars. Having said that I think if I buy another Lexus I would try another dealer. I think the more cars you buy from a dealer the less they work to keep your business, almost to the level of complacency. Will also probably try Derby for a future service as I hear good things about them.

    Got the Lexus one tailor made for the IS250...but I think they're made by Weathershield anyway. I have a spare one of these since buying my SC430. PM me if interested.
