  1. Use the file, and the picture should show up in the post. I have no idea about the TPG sensors, but those wheels look very good. Do you have a picture of the whole car? A bit of time with a picture editor, and you could see for yourself how they look. :) Brian :)
  2. Plenty of room inside for your "bitches and ho's" apparently. Brian :)
  3. Dammit! I so got the wrong idea from the topic title!!! Brian :)
  4. Go away!! Not selling my LS400!!! Welcome to the forums mate :) Brian :)
  5. Just read the question and answer thingy at the bottom of the listing. I'm still chortling away!! (On all 8 cylinders!!) 36MPG? Does it have a sticker saying that its "Powered by fairy dust?" Brian :)
  6. Well, I do want some nice tips to put there. I dont want to drive my car around looking like some chav chariot!! Brian :)
  7. I would use my iPhone to record, while its clipped into its holder. Cant get it done this week, bills to pay :( Brian :)
  8. That is what I'm after, but I want the cheap version!! I think I'll have an experiment this week, and take off the two back box's and record the sound. If it sounds right (I just want that V8 burble) I'll see if I can get some tail pipes made up, and leave the box's off until the MOT!! Brian :)
  9. ROFLMFAO!! Love the "Over" picture! I learnt to drive in a Rover 214, I also learnt how to smack a starter motor back to life with a 2lb ball hammer in the same weeks! Every day routine: Get up, **** shower shave, get dressed, smack starter motor, start lesson!! Brian :)
  10. Would doing this cause any damage/excess wear to the engine at all? Love that deep rumble :) Brian :)
  11. Shoot me if you want, but I was wondering if it would be leagal to remove the two rear box's and just stick on some pipe and nice tips at the back of my LS. Does anyone know if it will be too loud (leagal wise), and if it will make anything else break in the engine? I am only wondering, not sure if I want to do this anyway... Think of it as a thought exercise? Brian :)
  12. There's not many problems that cant be solved with a 2lb ball hammer in the dead of night. Brian :)
  13. How about just polishing the origional wheels until they have a mirror surface? Brian :)
  14. I'm trying to get beaver into the car, not on top!!! Brian ;)
  15. I know that this is a properly irresponsible thing to do, but does anyone have any kind of targetable genetic poison that kills only seaguls that :tsktsk: on my car? :nuke: Just cleaned the beast today at the jet wash, got home and found a big fat seagul :tsktsk: on my sunroof! They must have been watching me, and set up an ambush at a roundabout. Is there a kit for mounting a 40mm GMG on the roof of a '96 N LS400? Bloody seaguls, Brian :)
  16. Ok, supercharge it but not too much noise otherwise you lose the "Lexusness" if you see what I mean... Brian :)
  17. I would change the front and side indicators to clear, and the bulbs to silvatech so there's no orange. I would change the rear clusters to a smoked set. I would have traction control, and a switch for the suspension, just to change it from comfort, to road holding. I would love those wheels Ruud sugested, but polish the rim, and paint the centres to match the car (Gunmetal Grey)and some bigger brakes all round. De badge just the LS400 and leave the Lexus 'L' in place front and rear. Have a light tint on the rear windows, and change the stereo for a car pc with a 10" multitouch screen in the front, and screens in the headrests, Sat-Nav etc... Change the electric ariel for a small understated sharkfin antenna for satnav/radio/phone. Oh, and put it into a garage, and get EVERYTHING checked over, and replaced if worn, and the entire bodywork given a good going over, and respraying in the same colour. And the same for the interior! Maybe a BMW V8 stuck in the front? And a full valet, and change the carpets, and upholstry... Just a bit of TLC really... lol Brian :)
  18. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. One of us.. LS400, The only way to go. My LS 400 has the same problem with the stereo backlight, it doesnt bother me, but I do want to replace the stereo with a double dinn DVD player unit. Brian :)
  19. Just out of interest, would you clean mine while you're at it? Only joking, lovely car mate :) Brian :)
  20. ROFLMFAO!!! You'll need 90's style BTCC side skirts then!! http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_AHt1sHVtR-E/S6SabamkRVI/AAAAAAAADyU/bGOxIa7rDy4/s1600/2010+Honda+Civic+BTCC-01.jpg Brian :)
