Hi there, 2002 Lexus IS300 Yesterday a spring from my hood latch came off and I don't know where it goes. Does anybody have any knowledge of the hood assembly to know where this spring is suppose to hook up to? I can't shut my hood and it is very dangerous driving on the highway without it shut. Nothing is broken just need to re-attach the spring. Does anyone have a diagram of the latch or has someone taken one apart to have the knowledge to explain where it goes? Thank You, Slacker300

I have a 2002 Lexus IS300 (Manual Transmission). When I press on the gas the car slips for a little bit and then catches. I have no problems engaging into gear. Just when I press on the gas pedal I can see the RPM's jump and then in catches. Also I get a weird grinding noise when I drive (don't know if this is related to the other issue). Any Ideas if this is a clutch issue or something else? Please advise!
