Right, Its that time where my auto car need's a oil & gear box oil changed!! NO I dont want to go to the main dealers as its a total rip off + I dont have that sort of money to spend in this time of recession ! (sorry but Im on a tight buget along with Xmas around the corner too) Can anyone recommed me anyone on this forum room who could do this outside my house? I have my own lil drive if room is needed. Also can anyone tell me as regards to engine flushing, Is is recommded for my IS200 with 70,000 odd miles? Ryt, the hardest time of my life!!! Ive just lost my dad via cancer & Ive got hes pride & joy sitting outside... Sadly its been a very painful time for me & all my family/friends too ! Hes Is200 is sat outside .. I would love to keep it as a rememberance of him but cant afford it/trying to move on. Looks like there will two things close to me that I will be lossing now ! Thanks guys

Right, I’ve got an Is200 on a V-reg & my elder brother has an Is200 on a Y-reg both are AUTO! Mine is 73,000 & my elder is on 78,000 (something along them lines) but defo not 80,000. We got the same spec but when we tested it out on a drag race to see who’s a better driver & what’s the fastest time my car always gave out on top! Even we he drove mine & I had driven he’s I came last all the time in he’s car. Now we check it out the power which came out of my Lexus was much better & faster too The power on he’s car seems very poor + it takes a very long time for the rev’s/miles to clime up :tsktsk: Anyone know why this is??

yes im back from lossing my father RIP but hey life has got to move on sadly.... Right I've got a IS200 on a V-reg & would like to upgrade afew things... some Q's might be silly but pls dont mind me asking you... I would like to upgrade all of my seats (full leather) + being heated too & electric ejustable Alloy (which once would you get from the is200 range) Sports brake pad's/disk/calipper (which brands) Best suspension for the is200 range for my car Clear globe headlights for xeon's Now which year & modle Lexus could I get these from ? anything else should recomend i should upgrade pls add too

what are the best to buy for the IS-200? or are they all the same stuff, I remember clearly once when I walked into the dealers service department they sold the Boosh one's to a customer which you can get from any local garage/Halford. I then checked the price different's & its about £15/£20 from main dealers ! :tsktsk: what a PI$$TAKE!!!

i would like to know how much would it cost for second hand leathers for da lexus.. with heatedseats n auto adjust.. I got afew people who can help out but what can i do regarding the wiring part? also how much would it cost me for da seats????

You can get a full leather interior mate with heated electric front seats, Wozza did his a while back and looks very nice indeed :D hmm sounds good ! how much did they cost ?

As titled, when I got my Lexus IS200 V-reg I didnt like the seats at all as they were in very poor condition.. & needed to change them... Dont really know much about them but need some info first.. Looking for driver seat & passenger to be auto ajustment type with heated seats & full leathers.. rear seats being full leather including armrest, can I get them with hearted seats ??

Yup, well serviced & well maintained too all round! £15 on a V-reg with 69400miles on the clock & being AUTO gave me 70miles is that ment 2 be good ??? What about if I drove with SNOW MODE on all the time.. would I gain better results, anyone???

Hi guys got a bloody problem with my Lexus is200!! My car seems to be drinking a lot of petrol.. I just don’t understand where the bloody petrol is going! I’ve just put £15 in lets see what I get out of it.. Also can someone tell me if I drive in snow mode ALL the time whats the out come??
