Does anyone know how to change the bulb that illuminates the shifter indicator? My light went out on my 97' ES300 and I am looking for suggestions on how to replace it. I was told to just pry up the faceplate but that does not seem the way to do it as it seems that the faceplate would break. Thanks Chas
