Hi All, i have dented my door opening it onto a low wooden post, ironically while moving the car slightly away from a parked car in fear of them denting it on their return! Its what i'd describe as a small center punch type dent. Would you go to Lexus for this repair or otherwise? I contacted Guildford and they use a third party company. i'm thinking if i could get hold of who Lexus use, i could cut out the middleman as such. Does anyone know the guys that Lexus Twickenham or Guildford use? {Someone said his name is Bob} thanks for any advice Dan

Hello All, Soon to be taking delivery of our new...ish NX in Sonic White. Can anyone advise to the best lotions and potions for Sonic white? I am looking to buy a pressure washer and snow foam attachment but what else would be the best kit to get? I'm not looking to spend hours and hours on it but would like to use the best stuff to make the most of my predictable laziness! i have tried searching but could't find anything SW related Thanks Dan

Hmmmmm.... Had a premium sport while my RX was in the garage for the afternoon and absolutely loved it! We were nailed on for the F sport/ Takumi pack, until my wife had a sit in one and shes not sure she will get on with the F Sport seats (she had nerve problems with her back) so now we will probably wait to test drive an F sport on 12th April. Love the look of the F Sport but might have to compromise. Nothing ever goes smoothly for us!!! Anyone have comfort problems with the F Sport seats or have we been spoilt in our RX and the courtesy car drive? Thanks for all your input BTW

Thanks for your input Colin and Dan. I noticed on most YouTube reviews they complain about the media mouse pad. Is that just because they haven’t got used to it or a real nightmare?

series 2. Its been a great car so that's why we are looking to stay loyal to Lexus. However the newer RX is a foot longer and now the kids are grown up and gone....well almost. We dont really need the size.

Hello All, We have been long term owners of a 2003 RX300 and we are thinking of getting a new..ish NX Fsport with Takumi pack Has anyone made a similar move to the NX? How did you find the difference in size and equipment etc? How is the build quality now? Thanks in advance Dan

when i was a lad i snapped the ariel on a triumph herald. didnt think much of it then. but now every time i think of it i feel sick in my stomach and ashamed of my actions. lets hope that when their small minds grow up a bit, it will haunt them for the rest of their days! just get it sprayed and at least it will be better than it was......

just been onto albin motors.......450 for full service with plug change and 220 for front and back pads =670 service book stamped too lexus quoted 544 service with plugs and 345 front and back pads =889 nice little saving there, what do you think guys? down side is its a a pain to get home from!!!

yeah bit of a trot but what sort of savings could i expect, say on a lexus dealership £600 pound service?

hello all, anyone help me out with the number if a good garage in london/heathrow/surrey area i have a rx300 03 without full service history so cant see the point of paying lexus prices, but need someone that knows what they are doing etc ex lexus machanic a plus!! also mintex break pads for rx300 anygood?? cheers dan

there is a copper coloured paste that can be applied to the pads to stop he squeeking my guess is they are cheap pads . might be worth getting some new "named" ones.
