  1. I lost one of my centre caps off my 18" TTE Grand Prix wheels this morning but found it again near my house later on but its been run over so I need another one. If anyones got one going spare it would be much appreciated. Its the ones with the black background and silver TTE logo. Need one asap please. Thanks
  2. not car related but i had a little party on weds evening, just me my gf, her cousin and brother then my gf's mate came round and the bitch robbed us! We had some money on the side in the bedroom and she took it. We know it was her and have accused her as well but it hasnt got us anywhere. For the sake of the £40 that she took although its a fair bit of money we dont see the point in taking it any further
  3. If my guess is correct and your car is a '99 car then you wont have an LSD. Only newer cars I think 2002/2003 came with the LSD. You will have the standard diff as the SE.

Never knew how nice the Grand Prix wheels look in chrome. It is chrome isnt it?
  5. whats the elagance sports kit? Never heard of it before
  6. you have to remove the front bumper as they screw on from the underside of the washer jet motor
  7. dont go to halfords! They're a rip off when it comes to batteries. Check your dealer and if you have an andrew page near you then check them out. I paid £51 for a bosch battery from them last yr
  8. go to your dealer. Surley this should be covered under warranty
  9. the exhaust n cats must get well hot on the is200 as i aint really heard it on any other cars. My civic didnt used to make much noise when cooling down
  10. Is there any certain technique to pairing the blackberry's though? I wont be able to show him directly but as I'm part of the IT dept in the company, and we deal with BB's it kinda comes down to us to advise.
  11. How do you do this? One of the guys in the company I work for has got a GS300, apparently a few years old. Well for work we get blackberry's given to us depending upon our position within the company. I've not tried out the bluetooth on my blackberry that I got from work but on his he cant seem to pair it with his car. Anyone got any advice?
  12. is there anything official regarding this?
  13. Looks like this is becoming a fairly common problem and now I'm glad that its a fairly easy fix so I'll be getting onto this as soon as possible so the left side of my car can be nice and warm as well. I need to flush my rad anyway so killing 2 birds with one stone I suppose by clearing the whole system including the matrix. Wheres the thermostat by the way and why do you need to remove that to help with the flush?
  14. I got mine from the club. Ermm is it steve I think, I forgot his name but he had some left. They're decent quality as well. I'm sure someone will spot this thread and point you in the right direction. Dont know if he has any left though
  15. Is the heater matrix linked to the rad? So basically its the actual matrix that is flushed so attach pipes to the holes in the bulkhead and dont touch the pipes that you remove as they get put back on later? Could do with some pics and a guide please...
  16. I got the same problem as well. I posted about it a while back but had no replies. So Russell, what you did was it an easy fix? Is this a dash out fix or something? There must be a proper fix though but it just doesnt make sense. My car is a 2002 car and had no issues but then this just started randomly last year.
  17. I've got an Razo RA118 gearknob on mine and it suits the car so perfectly, just like its meant to be there from the factory. I'll have to take some pics sometime and post them
  18. Are we going this year? We going to have a stand???
  19. mine's a cat d, have a look for my project thread about it ;)
  20. What wheels are they mate? I'd consider swapping.
  21. the ball joint contains its own form of bushes, so I think it should be ok yeh. better to wait for ormi to read the thread again as I'm sure that they're not called bushes on ball joints.
  22. ok, if I'm correct, in your picture above, Number 1 is front left lower arm No1, Number 4 is front left lower arm No2, and Number 5 is the front left ball joint. I'm quite sure on the arms but correct me if I'm wrong with the ball joint. The ball joint is where Ormi thinks the noise will be coming from.
  23. them diagrams arent that complete but think ormi seems right, it could be the ball joins. I understand what u mean, there are 2 arms, suspension lower arm no1 theres also a no2 as well, these control the postion of the wheel in the arch.
  24. If its lower arm no.1 that u need to replace then be warned it aint cheap at all. costs about £100
