  1. I can connect the iphone, but cannot transport the phone book to the system. Has anyone done this...... 05 plate Gs300 SE-L, The car is the bees knees and the iphone is the best too....... Just hope the 2 can work together Robin
  2. Hi I've got a GS300-SeL on 05 plate which I must say is a truly magical drive and far better than Audi's or BMW's that I've had previous. Total reliability but one small niggle is that the door mirrors have stopped adjusting out or in. I can hear the motor and can adjust up and down on both of them and the fold works ok. Anyone had this problem, any quick fixes or does it look like new motors from Lexus which I assume will be costly. I haven't called my local Lexus parts man , who is usually very helpful and tries to give any quick fixes or known issues before charging the earth unlike my previous BMW dealer who charges first then tells you that you could have solved the problem easy............. :shutit: Will need to get photos up here as I've been stopped numerous times by plod wanting to know how I get my car so clean and who actually makes this car !!!!! Any help with mirror problem will be greatly appreciated. BoaB
  3. Hi Has anyone had 18's (5 spoke) off gs 300 SE-L (05 Plate) refurbed as mine need done but finish seems sort of chrome and I'm afraid the finish may not be as good as original. Going to use Wicked Wheels as the paint will be baked and have been pleased with previous jobs. Also going to fit new tyres and dealer says Michelin or Dunlops are best. Does anyone out there have findings as to what gives best performance/wear and less road noise on this car. Thanks
  4. Hi all I'm taking delivery of Gs300 SE-l on Thursday Its an 05 with 38k and I'm leaving the comfort zone of a BMW 325 Msport. I test drove the lexus and was immediately converted. I only cover about 6k per year on average but pamper to every whim of my cars. Are there any things I have to be careful with? How do I find the original spec list? No doubt the next few days will be spent familiarising and finding out how everything works !!! Will keep you updated on progress and thoughts and hopefully post up pics. Oh yes and it's blue (Windsor?) with tan leather. Robin
