Our car was delayed for a few weeks. Arrived on Monday but could not pick it up as the paint was scratched in places. Apparently it's a common problem with the new cars coming in! How annoying.

It's a brand new car. There were swirl marks and mottling in the paint. Cant believe the dealer would give a car to a buyer like that! Another 4 mth wait for a new car otherwise! What would you demand the dealer to do?

Went to pick up my new Lexus today to find out that there are numerous scratches all over the car. Obviously not too happy and did not accept the car until its rectified. What would you do? Anyone had a similar experience?! Thanks for any advice.
