Done it......Changed the O2Sensor bank2 Sensor2 and the stupid light went offf....Its been a couple of days and no light since.

The online workshop manual doesn't suggest cleaning it, so my guess is that wouldn't help. This is only a guess though, I don't know for sure. The main things suggested by the manual are a faulty sensor or a bad electrical connection. Hi steviewevie, Can you please give me the exact part number for the sensor. Cant seem to find it

Guys, I went to the garage and this is the error code i got: P0161 02Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction(Bank#2 Sensor#2. Whats that? How can i solve it? Can i do it myself.......?

Guys, I rev'd the car as high as i could and i also drove it as fast as i could and still there was no sign of the Engine check light coming on again. But i will take your advice and i will have the car diagnosed for faults just to be on the safe side. Otherwise all is well and the car runs smooth....hope it stays that way

WHATS A LIMP MODE? Guys, I have to hand it out to you guys. When i removed the ECU and EFI fuses for a minute baaaaam the light went missing. I havent tested the car properly but i should say it has worked for now. Fingers crossed it will not come back again. Thanks AndyR Thanks mates

Did you do the spark plugs? No i didnt do the spark plugs......But i did the spark plugs 2 months before i parked the car. It's not what I was thinking then as you'd of noticed the light after you changed the plugs not just now, best getting the faults codes like Stevie and Chris said then matey. Does it only come on at 80kph or did it come on when you hit that speed and stay on? When i hit the speed it stays ON until i remove the battery terminals for 15 mins. Is it advisable to drive the car with light ON for a week or two as my mechanics Diagnosis equipment is gone for service...Is OBD11 a Diagnostic equipment?

Hi Guys, I have a 2001 IS300. I parked it for 6 months without a battery and when i decided to start using it again the Check engine light came ON. I did minor service of oil filters and air filter but still light ON. So i removed battery terminal for 15 mins and put them back on and light went OFF. But when i cruise at 80Kph the light comes on AGAIN. What the hell is wrong with her?

Hi guys I fixed the problem by cutting the wires and fixing them and also fixing the grom circuit which was messed up. The guys at Carputer in the UK where i bought the product were very resistant and rude (YOU YES YOU MANNOCKS).

Guys, Grom controls work perfectly...after installation. I only have a problem....The rear and front right side speakers sound is not loud as it it should be. Although The left ones are loud enough and clear; When i play and twist around with the harness the sound becomes low aswell. Could someone advice?????????? How can i sort this out? I cannot return the package because i am in KENYA and it will take a month.

how did you manage to scratch the dash? i can only imagine the scratches are at the top by where you take off the centre tray. its a bit gutting if you have slipped, is oit on the ac controls or the stereo itself. if its ac then maybe just get a new one off ebay on the cheap, if its the stereo, well its hardened plastic, cant imagine anything that would remove it completey if you have but a gash in it. The scratches are on the DASH itself next to the oem stereo. Another problem is that i cant even load anything on my oem stereo because i had done a modification for an auxillary from myIS.com and wen i wanted to put it back to the way it was originally the cd stopped working...ALL the rest fm and tape work normally. Also the snow light is on and doesnt come off even if i press snow? wat to do?

OHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.......Guys i need your help...........Damn it...Because of the GROM ****ty **** I was removing my OEM and ended up putting alot of scratches on the Dash..........PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THEM<>....there many and my dash looks like ZORRO's mischief.
