  1. That includes fitting , Wireing in the AEM ecu and mapping all in , As the post say's drive in and drive out , What people tend to forget here is that we dont use a 99p Turbo , The Turbo alone is over 1200 Quid , Roller bearing GT 30
  2. SPC Lexus is currently at 332 on STD internals and has been for the past few week's with no issues at all apart from a coil pack going down :winky:
  3. I Guess we will video all dyno runs and when it finally breaks we will then no what broke , Trust me we have the man who designed your SPC Rods and Pistons doing a proper Mapping job oh and there wont be any trick photography LOL Watch the space .
  4. Yes that is correct it was SPC that finally got the car right around 350 was the final , That turbo is not able to go any futher , Think they have seen pretty much every Turbo IS there and never had a bad one yet also have two of there own
  5. Correct mapping is a major part , The Turbo starts spooling at around 2300 and is on full boost at 4000 , Trust me you can not go through the gear's quick enough also peak power is well below the red line , So there is no point in reving it to death .

  7. Agree with Bazza you will not get 250 on any TTE kit 220 Yes , As far as injector's go we ran our car at 250 on std Injectors and it was fine for feul , We have now gone to big injectors and 1,0 bar boost with 330 Bhp on STD internals which apparently could not be done .

Completely stock motor stock injectors and currently on Aem management slightly OT, but is there any palce online where we can see the mods you have done to your 1g-fe to put out that sort of power? Me think this should give much hope to lot's op people lookin for more power, and considering how scarce s/c are nowadays (plus they're all becoming older, and prone to break I guess) I wouldn't mind a turbo kit on mine, and 250 hp sounds definitely good! :-) Sorry guys I'm probably a newbie here, but I did drive supratruck IS200 Turbo and I can tell you something ,it's nice setup. And you can tell the 270+ bhp are there. If supratruck let me post few pictures ,I'll do it with pleasure :winky: Thats not a problem mate if you wish to post photos no problem , My car will be at Jae this weekend
  9. No You cant re map the std ECU and yes it probably is the only one running on std injectors with that power

  11. Mine is Turbo and has been running at 0,6 bar 270 hp for a long time now ,also has had close to 150 runs on the dyno being set up correctly , Mr Reads runs 385 on std feul system so why wont yours ?
  12. as other said, spchorsham... or maybe you could try this one out... CLICK!!! That kit is not correct it is for an Altezza 4 cyl Beam's motor .

Lightly modified i dont think so, no mention of the need for rods etc. Theres also no induction kit, intercooler or inlet pipe work so they're right it'd fit but to run you need a lot more. also its only a little thing but theres no return line for the BOV's to the exhaust so you'd have to leave them open and block the hole off. The induction kit is included, Yes there is no intercoolerand pipework or intercooler , The return line for the BOV is also included also included is the special crankshaft pulley designed to drive the Rotrax , The aircon bracket is also included , All these are needed as the belt set up was configured differently so in a short note the kit is comlpete , Pl note you will nead internal's and management includeing injector's if this kit is to go on an IS 200 , That's not to say the charger cant be fitted to any other application .
  14. Hi, the forged pistons come with std compression ratio so that they can be used in either the std N/A engine as an upgrade or be used with TTE supercharger kit which fits the std engine. If you are going down the big supercharger or turbo route then the compression ratio may be altered more effectively by modifying the cylinder head. This greatly improves air flow without touching the ports due to the fact that these engines are designed around emissions and supposed economy, not power. If you contact the sellers I am sure they will be able to give you more info or even show pictures.
  15. What questions? only asked if you worked there. No its not , But i would like to no where 2.1 is avail from as in that case i may not waste my time and effort on a 2.3 ! His Signiture said IS210. i assumed that meant a 2.1. Also seems a lot of your older posts have been removed from the site. :shutit: Sorry should of said only answering all questions that i have been asked , I haden't noticed Adie's Signiture guess you are right it could have meant that !
