  1. Thats an excellent reply :) Thanks very much. From reding thru, it sounds like the accumalator knackered then.. As the pump is working nearly constantly without me even touching the brake pedal.. It's just buzzing at 1 second intervals... If i push and hold my foot on the brake pedal it then buzzys constantly for around 8-10 seconds then returns to the 1 second intervals, and i can feel it pulsing thru the brake pedal ... Does anyone know if he accumalator for a GS300 will fit ? Cheers WODJ
  2. Only the four wheel drive Aristo ZiFour V8 had air suspension. The electrical connections operate the Toyota Electronically Controlled Suspension (TEMS), which stiffens the damping when the Electronically Controlled Transmission (ECT) is set to PWR. The TEMS shocks can be replaced with normal (GS300) shock absorbers. Cheers Dude :) So it looks like there Knackered then :( So anyno know where teres a set of 2nd hand decent GS300 shocks going for a reasonable price ? :D

  9. Hmmmmm ? How do i upload images from my PC ?
  10. I have always used hand hot water all round the car .. Not boiling :( Between warm and hot :D I've used this method for the last 20 years and never had a screen crack on me .. I would however say, that if you already have cracks or major chips in your screen ? Not to use this method.. I don't know for sure it would worsen the crack or chip ? But logic says theres a good possibility it would .. If you do use this method, do not use the water sparingly.. A whole kettle sized jug should be used for the front screen.. This is so the you do not just melt the ice, but also raise the temperature of the screen high enough so as the screen does not re-freeze.. Wipe of the excess with your wipers once all the water has been used .

  12. Hi All.. New here on the Forums.. I own a Toyota Aristo Vertex 1991.. I have owned it around 2 months now.. I purchased it of an existing member of the club, but i don't know what his Member ID was :( I have had quite a few issues with the car since i have purchased it.. I would like to try and find out the ID of the previous owner so i can search on the forums to see if any of the issues were apparent before he sold the car to me.. Anyway, i have a good look round the site and seems a very pleasent forum with no Argy Bargy that you find on alot of other Jap Forums :( Looking forward to my stay :D Cheers WODJ :D

  14. Hi All.. Can anyone point me to a how to ! On removing the rear door cards on a 1991 Toyota Aristo.. My electric window seems to have come off it's guides, so i need to get behind the door card to tyrying and rectify the problem.. I seem to have nearly removed the door card, but i'm sure there are some hidden screws or clips somewhere .. And i don't want to pull on the the card and end up breaking the securing clips and screws.. Cheers WODJ :)
