  1. not always....only during the night hahaha...just kidding. ok so im not missing anything then i guess. i did think that fuel pump relay was probably for is300, as otherwise my car would feel wrong lol. what is the DIMMER RELAY for? my dims are ok :)
  2. hey guys as a newbie im not sure if the following supposed to be in my car: the car works fine no trouble except fog light indicator light on dashboard :( i went over a pot hole not so long ago and the light started to wokr....weird....then after a few days it stopped working again. so naturally i though it must be the fuse somewhere. i didnt know which fuse it is so downloaded a fuse and relay diagrams. i looked into the fuse and relay bays in my car and discovered that a few things not there as follows: 1) DIMMER RELAY 2) FUEL PUMP RELAY 3) ABS2 7.5A FUSE 4) something that is called H-LP LVL and a few other bits that have no labels (guess not used in this model) check the attachments for info...... if any of you here are pros at this shed some light please if im in a pickle here :( much appreciated... hammer Engine_Room_1_RHD__2001.7_.pdf Engine_Room_3_RHD__2001.7_.pdf
  3. hmmm, well compared to standard lights, how much better are the ones i posted? or the ones you have used? the HID conversion will cost me a bit. not in best financial situation :( my problem is that one of my bulbs is gone so i thought of getting a replacement but might aswell do it all the lights :D
  4. Hi, i was just wandering will these lights work for my IS and if anyone have used them before..... is200 sport 51 reg 2001 ebay thanks
  5. thanks guys much appreciated....will look into the fleabay :)
  6. ye sucks....but i must have been lucky!!! only my car got smashed :(
  7. well think what you want, cos what i said is exactly what happened. im not that stupid not to have tax in a place like mine....coppers are all over this place. and been stopped before as i got tints on a lex (selective lol).
  8. any recomendations on locations? im with EXPRESS INSURENCE, its TPFT and clearly states that personal valuables and glass is not covered :( erm happened last week....dont worry if you look closely on one of the photos there is a printout that i ordered new tax disc. i ordered it and waited 2 weeks then was away for a while then came back called them and they said that they will put through a new application but still waiting again...worried now like....
  9. nope there were no circles left over mate... my windscreen was prestine...no dirt on the inside and i had tomtom for 2 weeks only. im on third party guys....too expensive otherwise...im still 22. :( if the insurer covered then i would need to decide if i wanna loose my no claims...im still a noobie at this stuff though.
  10. well i had my tomtom in the glove box.....there was nothing on display not even the holder from tom tom!!! assholes!! thanks guys next time i will know better. well my insurance dont cover it :( so will have to buy new ones myself.........the quote i got from autoglass is £500... are they mad? i dont know how much these things cost anywho. so now im in search of salvage and spare parts.....need front passenger window and same side rear quadrant......yes i am asking if you guys got any spares..... coppers are checking the CCTV i guess now. there were some cameras yes... :(
  11. Hello Hello.....the following is what happens to your is200 if you leave it in a nice place called Lee Valley Ice Rink parking lot, London!!! ARGHHH! note the rear quadrant aswell note the hanging piece of window....tint film help with the protection lol :(
  12. the plug should be just behind the engine at the bottom....its right below the dipstick for trany oil slightly to the passenger's side. i would suggest get the car lifted... its almost impossible to do it properly otherwise... very tight conditions :D done it with my mate ones... took me a good 1 hour and a bit lol. you dont really need to take off covers no. optional :D but you will have to be carefull cos you may spill the oil on the cover next to it.
  13. 22 here!!! :D got is200 sport, got it cos looks good and my mate has one and i love it :D
