So no real answers or info.................are you are just trying to sell your oil products????????????
Erm... You havent really asked any questions, and the one you have I have answered, so what are you looking for? What is it about semi synthetics would you like to know?
Of course I am trying to sell my products, thats what I do! However this is not a sales post. As you can see its all usefull info... So make of it what you will :)

Guy.
Ps, forgot to add, dont bother with flushing additives as they can do more harm then good. Most are kerosene based and just too harsh and can even remove deposits made by bedding the engine in.
Cheers,
That answers my question about using a flushing agent before an oil change!
