I believe some have fitted a switch from a mkIV. Not sure if it's a direct swap though.

Can the window switch on a 97 Ls400 be converted from auto down to auto-down and auto-up.If so, has anyone done this and what is involved? Info please

Hello Rud----I have replaced my rear lights for the US style,with only a slight problem,there is no H.I. reflector in them all you have to do is replace the white U.K. bulbs with RED bulbs which you can buy anywhere. Now the problem is I don't know how to download pictures otherwise I could let you see what they look like---any offers please!!!

Hi Steve nice pictures,I done the same to the front lights on my 97-400 but when it came to the rear lights,I went for the U.S. option which gives you a larger reversing light,but you have still done a great job. Karateppi

Hollo guys- I have a slight problem,after having the rear bumper removed for repair and respray, the black strip that holds the bumper firm to stop it moving like the ford mondaeo.It is secured by 5 screw type fasteners which work on the rawlplug system into the underside of the body work. After awhile the strip started to fall off,I went to the local Lexus dealer,the fasteners he gave me were too small in length and width,I have managed to secure the two outer clips but the other three are impossible to get at.Has anyone out there had the same problem if so how did you fix it? or has anyone got some ideas that may help? Hello MAT 8N Did you have to make up a seperate wiring harness to operate the reversing lights that fit into the boot lid??

Hello Guys---I need to replace my C.D. Player,problem is I haven't a clue how to take the old one out and fit the new one, can anyone help me out with the proceedure on how to do it.Any help would be most welcome. This is on a Ls400 fitted above the glove box Cheers SAM

Hello Guys-- slight problem.I have discovered a waterleak coming into the car on the passengers front door.The water is getting through underneath the small speaker,has anyone had this kind of problem,if so how did you deal with it, in the photo you can see the mark it has left so you will see what I mean. Hi Guys-- No 1 The Heater display lights have gone out,what is the method of fixing them,are they bulbs or l.e.d.'s and how do I get at them ? No 2 The Radio display has lost most of it's numbers,is there a way to repair this or am I better to send it off for repair? if so does anyone know the address of a good repair shop?
