    I recently took my IS220d for its first service. My model has the multimedia package which means the dealer updates the maintenance screen to show the last service however I never received a booklet which they would stamp after every service as a record in case I ever chose to sell the car on. They tell me one is not available and they have tried to order as a spare but they have never received one. The issue is the multimedia package keeps a record of the last service but not the entire history. Does anybody know were I could purchase/order a service history record booklet for the IS220d model?

    The region coding is set on the player but you could get Software called Anydvd which removes the coding info from the disc. You would then burn the info onto a disc and then watch your movie. Thanks for that but would mean copying all the movies, is there any way of removing the region coding like you can do on home dvd players? thanks

    I own a 12 month old IS220D with the full multimedia package including reversing camera, satnav etc... the dvd player will play mp4,s vcds etc.... will also play original dvd movies, however it will only play a specific region of discs, is there anyway to remove the region code and make it multiregion? Thanks

    even if the issue is now sorted and it took this forums suggestions minutes Im still going to keep on chasing though to see with what story they come up with, bet you they come up with a huge story of having to replace the unit etc.... also bet it takes them forever!!!

    Hi guys me again, just want to say thankyou, I tried your instructions and sat nav now working fine, better than the official dealers who are supposedly still looking into the matter and have been doing so for over a month, funny its took you guys five minutes to solve the issue for me. Thanks again your all stars!!!!!!!

    I own an IS220D when I bought it 1 year ago the sat nav used to transition from day to night even when crossing a tunnel, recently this function seems to have been lost, i have checked the manual and Im supposed to have an icon on the touch screen that allows me to turn this function on, however this does not appear. does anyone know or has had this problem how this can be resolved? having the bright display during night driving is uncomfortable. Taking into account you can buy a cheap portable sat nav which has this feature as standard I cant understand why after all that extra money paid this does not funtion properly. Thanks
