Good looking car you got there.
If your judder problem is like mine was, then you are looking at a new flywheel. Hopefully that isn't the case though.
Hi and thanks
yeh i remember the is200 having same kind of judder i just changed the clutch on it and it was fine for about 6 years
On the is250 its only when its cold or if I'm not giving it any revs
Thanks

Thanks for the reply mate
I did ask the guy who worked on the car for the timing belt he did say the new thermostat would sort it out?
it does warm up quickly and If i don't put the heaters full it would stay in the middle so I just put the heaters on auto and leave the temp set to about 22
The fans do work when it overheats
Thanks -
I also did do the reset
-
Hi all update
I've got the thermostat changed and water pump and timing belt done but it warms up ok but when put the heaters on it slowly goes down? Fans are working too can anyone shed some light on this
-
Thanks mate

Hi mate thanks for reply how could I check for thermostat
-
Hi all
Has anyone experienced the temperature gauge taking long to warm up I mean its not that cold here in Birmingham there's no problems with the car the heaters work fine its just that the temperature needle sits at the 3rd or 4th mark for a long time and when it does get to the middle if I put the heaters full it slowly comes down again
Is this normal or am i going nuts lol
Thanks guys

hi
thanks for the reply mate yeh did check the tyres first
update
did also change the caliper it has made a difference like before it was a bad pull to the left but now it just a small pull
going for a geo after the new year
thanks guys happy holidays
-
update hi new upper ball joint made no difference looking for a new driver side caliper now
thanks
-
I had this kind of a problem when my front lower suspension arm was bended after a small collision. I changed both lower arms and did a front and rear wheel alignment and now it's fine.My car geometry was messed up and when I press the pedal my car goes left and my steering wheel turns too .
The symptoms were all the same as yours. Now I have a different problem with my ABS pump and my car goes right when I activate the ABS System.
If your car goes right with ABS activated you maybe have the same problem as mine.
hi mate thanks for your reply when you say abs you mean brakes? it could be geo i havent hit anything but its been about 2 years since my last geo
no it doent pull right its only left
is there any abs light on your dash? it could be abs sensor?
thanks
