Hi everyone, was wondering if anyone had tried to do a shaved door solenoid opening on there is? would it be possible with the factory alarm unit? cheers neil

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the is200 wing mirrors? Have a set of after market mirrors to put on but need to know which wires do what! Also anyone know how to get a feed from the side repeaters into the car as my new mirrors have repeaters built in. Thanks in anticipation

Oh fair enough, what were the wheels on your old car, they look quite nice :winky: (well, in that tiny pic anyway) lexus own 18" wheels. U can get a set of 3 from lex teeside and they will throw in the 4th free as it has a scuff. great wheels though.

The car in my avatar is my old IS. My new one has standard 17's on it

Has anyone just gone from standard 17's to different ones? Fancy black rims as my car is black but an the moment cant afford the full package on 18's. And are there any pics?

to be honest i was starting to think ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. thanks to everyone for thier replys, its just you see a bargain and think, what if! I suppose its the, everything is cheaper in other countrys. Just gonna have to wait for a little longer.

I baught them from ebay! They were £29.99 + £19.99 postage. They have 6 wires on them, 3 are in a black sleve which i assume are for the motor for movng the mirror, they are green, yellow and white. Then there are another 3 which are black white and blue which i assume are for the repeaters. I have no idea on how to fit them though and which wires do what, does anyone have an idea on how to test things to make sure which wires do what and does anyone know what the origonal wires do? p.s. just got back from pub and left my spelling on the bar! Just took the glass out and low and behold the green, yellow and white are the motor and the white black and blue are the repeaters. PLEASE HELP!

Just got some of these. Does anyone have any idea of how to conect the mirrors to the side repeaters? Any help would be appreciated as they dont come with instructions!

Spent 5 hours today on the maguires 3 step polishing! Looked absolutly great! Then the heavens opened! Gutted!

Been looking on eay usa and the wheels on there are dirt cheap! set of 18" as little as 300 dollars. contacted customs and they said import tax of 4% and vat on everything inclueding delivery. Worked out that i can get a set of 18" wheels for £450 all in! Is this good value or will they be dodgy?

Just had a parrot kit fitted to the IS today, show the company the post on site about muting and it works fine. They said they would not do this normaly as it could harm the radio, is this true? something about putting a ground into a wire which isnt meant to be ground!

been looking at available kits, seen the wald kit. anyone had any experiance with this?

Hi All, Been away for a while but have come back to the fold. Looking for a kit for my IS and wanted some opinions. I quite fancy a Lagana front bumper, and like the look of the SARD rear bumper, with the rear bumper is it Fibreglass? Anyone got a sugestion for skirts? With the Fibreglass kits are they inferior to your standard lexus/toyota kits? The car is astral black whats everyone opinions on black wheels with a black car. Cheers peeps.
