Hi This may sound strange but all of a sudden our heater seems to be HOT wether on 16 or 28!!! The only time it cools down any is when it is set on "Lo" or we switch the air con on. The air con does seem to be working fine. We first noticed it becasue there was hot air coming through the airvents when the heater was not switched on. Then we realised that no matter what tempearture we put it on it only cooled down on the "lo" setting. Any ideas anyone?? Thanks in advance.

Do you have rear screens? If so these are led for the infared headphones. Hope this helps.

hi folks Having just returned back to Lexus after 2 and a half years, back then we used Lexus Derby who were always excellent. Are they still providing such a good service? Alternatively how do Lexus Hull fair as this is the nearest dealership to us. Or Lexus Chester? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi All We are back......or we will be very soon. We have just put a deposit on a 2007 plate RX400h SE-L today. We have been away from this site for a couple of years as our much loved RX had to go due to a house move, we are very happy to be back and cant wait to hopefully ejnoy the Lexus experience again. We may be asking some questions soon so just wanted to drop by and say hi again.

Hello Everyone Well we have had our RX300 SEL 04 plate for just over 2 months now and love it. Just a couple of questions you guys may me able to help us with. Should the mirror adjustment, fuel flap and memory seat switches light up? Does anyone know if the roof rails can easily be removed, if so, (daft question coming!!) does it leave holes or is there a small flap that rebounds up to fill the void like some VW's have. We ask this because we have the dreaded corrosion on the roof rails. We have taken out a 2 year extended lexus warranty as suggested by you chaps on an earlier post, we are glad we did as we already have need to replace the O/S wing mirror which stopped working as we were unable to adjust it !! £500 + VAT to replace. I know we have had to pay for the warranty but we also have an extra 24 months of virtually worry free motoring. Any advice would be greatly received. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Just to update you, we pick up our 04 plate RX300 SEL next weekend. Went to view and test drive today, lovely car, really pleased and looking forward to the Lexus experience you all seem to enjoy. We will no doubt be needing some of your guidance with "stuff" in the future.
