Possibly, but if there was to much movement would it pass MOT ok?

Well folks, i have to change both back bushes and a wheel bearing in the IS for mot a few months back. Only have drove it a few times since but when i do i noticed that if you go threw a pot hole etc the back seems to pull very hard almost as if its trying to slide out (no lights on the dash etc) Now when i replaced the hub bushes i used the Vectra ones (as from this site lol) Would the back just require re allinged or would somthing have got bent when in the garage?

Well guys, Lexus failed its mot this evening for the following. Suspension arm - mounting/bushs/ defective. (offside rear + nearside rear) outer, lower hub bushings. As theres only 1 Lexus dealer in N.Ireland would i be safer to get these parts off him or would my local motor factor stock and supply these. Also anybody got and idea off a price and how easy/hard they are to replace. Thanks, Deckz

This is a mates IS200 on Hydralics. Car is a 2003 IS200 Sport.

LE (limited edition) was a special edition model that came out in 2004 - it was essentially an SE, but had a one-off paint colour, 11 spoke alloys, full leather and HIDs as standard. Owww what Colour?

Going to get this sorted Saturday folks B) Found a Locksmiths just 20miles away that have the Blank IS200 3button Key/fob in stock - so just a matter of me going to get my key cut as normal. £22.50 happydays.

To be fair im very happy with my Lexie lol :D Nothing special only a kitted SE but still a wee gem to me. More MPG would have veeb nice but hey, everyone would have one then lol! -

Whats the LE or am im acting dumb lol. There's a spec sheet on here somewhere mate, but the S model has S*itty cloth interior lol When i was looking for my IS i could have got a fresher S model for the same money but declined. Your Tax book may not state what exact model it is (ie S, SE or Sport) as when registering the car for the first time in your name, unless all these details are filled in they won't be printed onto the book. (as far as im aware)

When you say reasonably priced what do you mean actually? I spent approx 3 weeks looking for a wing for my IS but got one in the end - £114 delivered to my door in N.Ireland (only toke so long because i was after a blue one to match my car lol) Could have got endless Silver and Champagne ones. Even got a quote off €90 (approx £70) off a guy about 60miles from me only it was Yellow lol, it was a last resort it i didn't get a blue one. I just searched Ebay flat out mate. Typed in Lexus IS200 Breaking and Lexus IS200 Wing. What colour you after BTW?

Well guys prob with my 200 key. As usual the small screw came loose, tightened it, but it still came loose. Anyway long story short the key has broke lol Plastic part with the buttons has came away from the metal key part. Nowww i have put my buttons into a spare Lexus key i had (different metal part) Can the metal part be bought on its own and cut to match my locks (then just put my buttons into it, or do i have to go to Lexus and get a hole new unit) Mind seeing spare keys on Ebay (fobs) Cheers, Deckz

Thanks for all the comments folks. Have been looking hard and long for skirts but can't get any ffs! Someday lol someday. @ Phluppe - these are the 2004 spec headlights - darker tinted than o4 backwards which were just chrome back grunds. Yeah previous owner had looked after it well, only 102k on the clock when i got it and now has 110k lol Interior like new. Pics to show how clean it was back in June 09
