No warning lights of any kind. I bought the car from a garage, they said that they serviced it before giving it to me....maybe i should get it serviced myself

It started happening about a month ago....the garage said that they serviced the car.....But im not sure i beleive them

Power lose Every few days after driving for about 30mins or so i could stop in traffic and when i try to take off...I have very little power and have to press alot harder on the accelerator just to move forward....then after the next stop at traffic its back to normal again....Any ideas? I only have the car 3 Months. Its an Altezza RS200 year 2000 manual 6 speed. Should i bring it back to the garage? Thank you for reading this message
