  1. Hi All Have had a search through the forums and cant find a solution to this one. I am looking at an aristo v300 and it currently has the head unit sat nav etc in Japanese. I have questions as follows, any help most appreciated: Does this convert to UK / english easially, if not who can do it. Can I buy a system from a scrapped UK spec GS300 navigator, guide price for this system to replace? Does it need band expanders etc. Does anyone have what I need and what cost. Has anyone done this before and documented the ease or the pain of doing it Also the LCD on my GS300(JSZ161) radio is now vertually unreadable. Is there a solution to this that is reasonably cost effective. Or would I have to go to Lexus for a new one? Cheers in anticipation

  3. Hi All Not posted for a while but have been watching and have used previous posts with great success. I have been in the process of improving my 1998 GS300 (JZS-160) and have been looking for some nicer wheels to fit. I am currently running 7spoke MK1 GS 16" but fancy something a bit bigger as have jsut fitted coilovers and dropped 30mm front and rear. I am looking at a set of 17" multispoke IS200 wheels. I need a bit of help to find out if they will do what I want as follows: Will they fit - stud pattern etc Will the offset be OK - I want to fill the arches a little better and bring them out flush with the body Will I need to fit wheel spacers to get them out level with the bodywork The GS camber and wheel position seems to put the rears mainly inside the arches by quite a distance and appears to be angled in at the top. Would like to get them sitting in square and flush. Sorry for the rambling and hope this is enough information to help. Thank you all in advance Cheers
  4. Hi Thank you for the offer but I won't be near Aberdeen, next Sunday. What sort of stuff do you get up to? Also as someone else asked I am between Livingston and Carnwath. Looking forward to getting involved with events this year, and now I know where to go to get help if I am stuck Thank you all in advance Stephen
  5. Hi All I am probably not making best use of all the functions of the site but am a newbie. I live in Scotland and own a Mk2 GS-300 on an S-plate. Love it dearly and it is perfectly reliable, never lets me down and betrays its 133,000 miles. 60,000 of which I have put on myself. Has had to have drop links and a few bearings and bushes but to be expected. Oh and the rear crank oil seal. Am looking to get a Aristo TT Mk-2 and if you know of one coming up please let me know. Cheers Stephen
