well,
the way i did it was you have to remove the engine radiator with the water in it which involves removing the two brackets on top, one on each side with one bolt in each bracket (you will see them they curve over the radiator to clamp it down). disconnect the two radiator hoses going from the engine to the radiator, water will empty from the rad (you will need coolant for when filling it back up). then if you look at the two fans on your radiator there are two wire connectors, one onto each disconnect both of them and then that rad will just pull up to you!!
then you will see the air con rad. there are two pipes going onto this that will need to be disconnected you will see a bolt that clamps each of these on! be careful with these they are fragile and kink very easy. you will also need to remove the top grill on the front which your lexus badge sits on, which involves removing the screws at both sides and the one in the middle, that then clips back on the bottom of it and pulls up to you careful again! when you look in you will see where the air con rad is bolted on each side!! it then pulls back into the engine bay and out!!
